Second rate bank ! They're never opened when they're supposed to be! Google their store hours they never match !!! If you ever write a check for more than $500 you get a phone call from them too like you did something wrong ! The stock hasn't moved in 20 years- actually it's only gone down ! Time for somebody to take them over!!!

I had a question regarding my acct. This is the branch I opened my acct with and this is who NYCB customer service told me to contact . Whoever I spoke with was not helpful and condescending. She was supposed to call me bk with some infromation....that was a few days ago...still waiting on that call.
