“I don't understand why this Chase Bank has such a low star rating. This was my first time visiting this location, and the two people I spoke with were absolutely wonderful!
I went in to open new business accounts and was assisted by Kenny. He was incredibly informative, accommodating, and kind. He had a great personality and we had a great conversation.
Shortly after, I met the branch manager, Jamie, who had such wonderful energy. She was incredibly sweet, had an awesome smile, and radiated good energy, which I really appreciated. She took the time to show interest in my businesses and chat with me for a bit.
Kenny and Jamie were rockstars. I am glad to have met them today, and I think this Chase is a great place to go for your banking needs. You would be in good hands.
Everyone else was very kind as well-no sour faces or bad attitudes!
