Scout shop staff are great .. Christine, Mike, etc. I am a Scout parent, and also Advancement Chair.. the team is helpful. Inventory of Merit Badges and Advancement Badges is very good, though sometimes less than 100%. They will track down missing ones

A Fabulous, Fantastic store to get all the Scouting supplies. I remember shopping there for my Eagle Scout Ceremony in January 2018, I also remember going to Theodore Roosevelt Council (Next Door to the Scout Shop) and working on some of my Merit Badges there. Ever since then I wanted to give something back and I was wondering if you were hiring.

How could anyone give a Boy Scout store 1 star?! Where is your scout spirit!? Staff are wonderful and pleasant, items are priced according to the BSA and aren't inflated or overpriced. These are standardized prices from BSA and the shop doesn't get to make up prices. They have everything from uniforms, to pins, to patches, to camping gear. Back packs, jackets, Boy Scout sweaters etc. parking in the back and curbside make it easy to visit and be in and out within minutes. Highly recommended!

The store is fine, has everything you need. They are doing a good job keeping the number of shoppers low and cleaning the changing room in between. I give three stars because On my 2 visits the manager (I assume manager, she referred to it as “her store”) has been very openly nasty and negative towards the other sales person, in front of customers. And the other sales person was very helpful! My 6 yr old even said “wow she’s not nice”. It also takes way too long to be rung up there, when there are virtually no other shoppers they act as if it has been a whirlwind of activity. Just my 2 cents - BE KIND is what we are teaching our kids by being scouts.
