Unfortunately my car was deemed totaled. So the work they do I can’t answer for.
What I can tell you is during this whole trying time. They were the ones who answered the phone without having to leave a message. and were knowledgeable on the process. Good luck getting a human being on the phone when you call your agent. Mid county kept me in the loop when the insurance companies contacted them. If I ever have to deal with a collision scenario again. I would definitely use them again.

Joe and his team did an outstanding job on my 2013 1500 Ram Laramie Truck. All new factory parts were used which included Hood, Fender, Chrome bumper etc... The paint job was great. My vehicle was detailed and looked brand new.
The price was fair and the staff was very friendly.
I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a fender bender . But needless to say you'd never know it Mid County put my cat back together good as new. They kept in touch every step of the way thanks to Jen their receptionist, who always had an update with a cheerful attitude. Car was returned in pristine condition. Casey and Jen are the best. Follow up was amazing. They're very transparent and comfortable to work with. I had a claim for insurance and when I saw how excellent they were I decided to get some extra work done on my car. Very satisfied with the overall experience would recommend to friends and family. Definitely good people there who you can trust and the quality of work is excellent.

I've never experienced better customer service then at Mid-County collision , everyone was extremely nice and beyond professional. My car had a pretty big job that needed to be done and they finished it efficiently and you can't even tell the bumper was ever hanging off. I will continue to refer everyone i know to them !

I needed a new car door, I got a estimate from them that was a lot more affordable than another place. They did a great job. I recommend speaking with Anthony, very knowledgeable and customer service orientation. They replace door, looks brand new. I would use them again.
