If I was able to give a zero I would. Lakeview bout my previous mortgage and has been a nightmare. They have been paying my neighbors property taxes and I have been calling to fix this. I received delinquent tax letters. A serious matter and every time I call they telling me or asking me the same questions as if no one noted my account. I am still waiting for them to correct this. Everytime they are going to escalate and give me a time frame and no one reaches out and nothing was done. I even email with what they requested and an auto reply returns stating response within a certain amount of time and nothing happens. This is completely ridiculous. Worst experience in my life.

Like a stroke of fate - We happen to have met Stacey on one of our open house tours.Her energy and professionalism stuck with me and by sheer luck my wife and I saw another home later on that just screamed to put in an offer.We contacted Stacey on Sunday evening and had pre approval letters ready to go before lunch on a Monday.Lets just say we did wind up buying a new home (not the one we wanted to make an offer on).Stacey is super communicative and gives clear instructions of what's needed for the overall process. Lakeview deploys an online portal that makes it easy for multi party document executing, asset submission and overall keep track of all needed action items in order to complete financing part of home buying.Total time from initial offer to closing on the home.. just under 60 days and that was primarily because the sellers had a list of issues to cure.We literally closed with Stacey on vacation and she was communicating while on vacation making sure our closing went super smooth!Had the pleasure of closing at the Lakeview offices - beautiful facility - we had keys in hand in under 30 minutes. I believe from all parties (Seller and Buyer) - by far the smoothest and easiest close - the selling agent actually said "It was the most fun he's had".I would concur as it was nothing like when I was buying my first home!Thanks Stacey and Team Lakeview!!

I'm a Realtor in Long Island and had the opportunity to refer and work with Stacey on a deal recently. She was excellent! The entire team from clients, agents, attorneys and lender worked perfectly together. Stacey was great with communication, locked a good rate before I jumped higher, got everything funded and closed within 30 days! I was shocked at how smoothly and quickly she and her team moved. As a Realtor, this is key to closing any transaction! She's one of my preferred lenders and I'm so glad we got to know each other more! I would certainly recommend her!
