I don't understand why this Chase Bank has such a low star rating. This was my first time visiting this location, and the two people I spoke with were absolutely wonderful!
I went in to open new business accounts and was assisted by Kenny. He was incredibly informative, accommodating, and kind. He had a great personality and we had a great conversation.
Shortly after, I met the branch manager, Jamie, who had such wonderful energy. She was incredibly sweet, had an awesome smile, and radiated good energy, which I really appreciated. She took the time to show interest in my businesses and chat with me for a bit.
Kenny and Jamie were rockstars. I am glad to have met them today, and I think this Chase is a great place to go for your banking needs. You would be in good hands.
Everyone else was very kind as well-no sour faces or bad attitudes!
10/10!!

Opened both savings and checking accounts and found their processing of the paperwork filled with errors affecting ATM cards, Social security and payments via checks. Check items being posted against accounts twice forcing claims to be made while they hold your funds. Branch personnel while understanding are virtually helpless as they must go through back office to get anything done. Having been in banking for 48 years I can say this is the worst run organization which gives overall banking a bad name

Worst chase bank I have ever visited. Make sure you don't make more than 1 transaction at the drive thru. You will definitely hear about it. I never have issues at the farmingdale location. I guess I have to drive 15 min out of my way for great customer service. But it's definitely worth it to avoid this place.

Since the Seaford location closed, I followed my business rep Christine to this Massapequa location. Prior to her being there, they were rough to Wk with, hence the reason I went to Seaford. Now that’s she is there, I get the attention i deserve. She really is a huge asset to Chase.

I will never go to this branch again. I was waiting over an hour just to open a savings account. Many bankers sitting but unwilling to help. I received the excuse several times when I tried to complain that they were short staffed today. But then they would help others that came in after me. Very poor customer service do NOT go to this branch.

I went before work today and I was in and out, didn't even spend 5 minutes in there. I was assisted with a sense of urgency and with good customer service, and provided helpful informative information as to why I was having difficulties with my account.

Just about every time I have ventured into this branch it has been a nightmare. Long wait times for reasons that made no sense, and there was one particular person who had one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen in a customer service type role. I guess it is the person referenced in these other reviews, although I can't say for sure; but what they describe seems to be on point with that particular person. I will make sure not to come back inside of this branch if I can help it.

Finally entering the place where they keep the money after a few unintentional GPS fueled, loop-dee-loops in the parking lot of the mall, I took cool to the blasting AC. Received by Jaimie Mayo, who identified the wayward-ness in my step and my focus, escorted me to an open teller. As I pecked the key pad, I chatted it up a bit with Jaimie and really learned lotsa cool technological advances at this branch. Wake up Forest Hills Branch! A hulking looking machine sitting just to tbe right of the humanoids will feed an account holder with up to three thousand dollars with no humanoid interaction. The machine in the foyer doesn't even need to see your card (after the first time you dip) if you are an Apple Payer. What a great group of employees in this little satilite location, totally worth the visit.

OMG, Nadine F. is the WORST. I had to convince my friends to use Chase instead of their own bank for this business we were opening. What an embarrassment that they had to witness this. I really wish we had some other person helping us. I looked like a fool suggesting Chase because of this lady. First off, this lady had NO personality at all, no friendly customer service, no smiling, nothing. She treated us like we were bothering her. It took us over 2 HOURS to open an account. She was no help at all. When she was asking us personal questions, we had to repeat ourselves 3 times for each question because she would keep asking it again. Clean the crap out of your ears lady! When it was time for application questions, OMG shoot me!!! She was sooo slow in asking the questions. She had us go behind her so we can look at the questions on the screen ourselves. She was too lazy to continue reading her screen!!! When we couldn't answer a question because it wasn't applicable, we asked her and she just repeated the question on the screen and said she didn't know but that we had to answer it no matter what. We asked her to further explain the question, she repeated the question and said that we were looking at the same screen. Unbelievable! We had her set us up online. I said i can finish when I get home because it was going pass 2 hours now. So, of course, she is so dumb/bad at her job, the online setup she did was incorrect. She put it under my name instead of under the business name, which is horrible when you have other owners!\ Nadine has no personality so i don't know why she even works at a bank as customer service.

I have had two bad experiences with a woman named Nadine who works here. The first time we were waiting and she was out on the floor so obviously we asked if she could help us. She replied with a nasty attitude, "I am on my break". Then she proceeded to go speak with some other customers who she clearly knew. Not sure why you are out on the floor during your "break". The second time I had the displeasure of having to sit down with her (it just worked out that way). She completed half of what we needed to get done and told me I had to call customer service and do the rest myself. When I called customer service they found it odd that she wouldn't have just helped me with this in the branch. We deducted it to that she just didn't want to. I saw another poor review about her on Google. Guess I'm not the only one who feels this way.
