No one likes to have an accident that is self-inflicted, but sometimes s%*t happens. I backed into a mailbox post and causing some damage to the rear bumper of my Toyota. I have used Centerline auto body in the past. Dominic and Steve are great people to deal with. The car was repaired properly, and they matched the paint to factory specs. Here is a testament to Centerline auto body. I live in southwest Nassau County. Centerline auto body is in Massapequa. There are many body shops in between myself and Massapequa. Trust me, Centerline auto body is worth the trip. Thanks Dominic & Steve!!

I hit a telephone pole after my gas pedal got stuck under my floor mat while backing out of my driveway- it moved the pole about six inches and had to be replaced, so you get an idea how badly my car was damaged. I went to centerline collision to have it repaired. From the first phone call to the day I picked the car up I couldn’t have asked for a more professional exceptional experience. The owner, Dominick was very nice and friendly, then turned me over to Steve who walked me through the entire procedure. He explained what I needed to do from start to finish. I had to rent a loaner from enterprise and when I picked up my car he took care of having them pick it up. The actual repair to my car was perfect. When they finished it looked brand new, they even cleaned the inside! ( I’m a messy person). All in all, the entire experience was seamless, professional and exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough great things about Centerline Collision! My 1 month old car had been hit in a parking lot, and no note was left. I was more than upset to say the least that my baby got it's first booboo, and wanted to get it fixed. I shopped around and went to various different body shops that were near home and work, and based on recommendations. I received multiple quotes that ranged from $1000-1700 to fix my bumper. Each shop stated that my bumper was pricey, which it was at $650. Centerline Collision was the last body shop that I visited to get a quote to fix my bumper. It was the best experience out of the other 4 shops I went to. It was also the most reasonable estimate. Dominick was the only mechanic to actually look UNDER my car and INSIDE of my trunk to see if there was additional damage. He actually got on the ground and looked under my car. Nobody else did that for me. I knew this was the shop for me. I had made my decision. Dominick kept lines of communication open! Called me when my bumper came in and stated I had to come in for a color match. I came in the next day. Dominick then said he would call when the paint was dry and my bumper could be put on. He stated there was no reason for me to leave my car with him if my bumper wasn't ready. The next day came and my new bumper was ready! Dropped my car off after work, and it was ready by mid afternoon. Only took about a half a day, which is what I was told when I received my estimate. Also, each time I came in (color match, dropping off my car, picking up my car) I was welcomed by name! Talk about great customer service. I am very satisfied with the work that was done here. I fully recommend Dominick and Centerline Collision to everyone!
