“I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt that I had to this time. Every time something has happened to a my car I’ve had, I haven’t been in it , thank god ! This time was the worst; it was a hit and run ! From the time I called the emergency number for Coach Auto Body for a tow, to the time I picked up my beautifully fixed car, Joe, Alex and their crew were WONDERFUL ! It was supposed to take 1 1/2 weeks for the insurance adjuster to come take a look at my car, Joe had it done in 2 days! They are so professional that Joe and Alex had ordered the parts once my car arrived on the flat bed, so that once the adjuster had finished his job, they started their’s; the parts were already there! Joe kept in contact w/ me from beginning to end ! I could not be anymore pleased ! My car looked and drove like it was brand new! “Electra auto body is the only body shop I would ever recommend . Not only have they fixed my car which thankfully was many years ago they now completely transformed my elderly Mother's car last month. Eddie and his amazing office staff literally swooped in like Angels and made the entire process easy, efficient and stress free. My Mom who is very nervous normally about everything was totally at ease, they made her car look completely brand new , literally like it just stepped out of the dealership . I should probably mention that her car is going on 10 years old, so for it took look brand new again is no easy task! Eddie is a professional, a gentleman and an all around amazing human being. His office staff was so patient and sweet and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you for helping me and a big thank you for helping my Mom Doreen! Although typically dealing with a collision expert is not generally what would be considered a pleasant experience they do go out if their way to help you get through the process. They have never fallen short of their giving their best in the way of delivering personal excellence by treating and accommodating you like most other places do not . “Happy customer. After some aggravation - alls well that ends well. There appears to have been a scheduling snafu with my car detailing appointment. They had my car for two days, instead of the one I expected. After I complained, Carl said he would, “…make it worth my while…”. And they did! This is a GOOD COMPANY, that does the right thing! In the past I have brought my RV and a (not fancy) classic car to them for detailing. Yesterday, I brought my two year old, everyday car and it came out better than new! They cut the charge by 25%. Upgraded the interior detailing and gave me some glass and ceramic sprays. I would recommend 631 Coatings for all your car detailing needs. “I came to Joe, at Peak Auto Body, in tears and shaking. I was in a fender bender and beside myself. Joe was calme, reassuring, and completely forthright in advising me to contact my insurance company immediately, and he would take care of the rest. Joe sat patiently with me and my husband, went over the damage with a fine toothed comb, and told me he would handle everything. He promised that my car would be restored to the way I bought it from the showroom. My insurance worked with him every step of the way and my car was returned to me brand new. “They do excellent work and their prices are very fair. Six months ago I pulled into the gas station and my brakes failed due to a defective caliper. They replaced my pads rotors and one caliper. Six months later the brakes start grinding from the wheel that they replaced the caliper. My truck was on the lift for six hours and they diagnosed a defective brake hose and a malfunctioning ABS system. They replaced the brake hose, pads and rotor. They only charged me for the brake lines and two out of the six hours my truck was on the left. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend using these gentlemen.”
“5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s!! I absolutely recommend this place. This morning my driver's side window wouldn't go up, so I had to search for a place near my job to get it repaired. Tommy answered the phone before they even opened, and told me to come down and see him. I didn't even get to finish reading the newspaper, before his mechanic was finished!! That's quick and efficient service for you!! As I was jogging my brain, and doing my best to not come across the wrong way, thinking I'm going to be set back a lot of money, it was a $75.00 repair, done, as previously stated, quickly, and with ultimate efficiency!! The guy even cleaned the window for me. I highly recommend the place, right around the corner from "Thee" Amityville House!! Go there for your glass needs.”

“Excellent shop. Not sure of his name, but he fixed my daughter's Lexus ES350 windshield when it was hit with a baseball. He even fixed the rain-sensing wipers, as they had not worked prior to the crack. Super nice guy. They told me it would be ready by end of business, and it was. Awesomely clean job as well. Highly recommend!”
