They need more choices, and the areas aren't always clean. When going through the clothing, the sizes aren't in order, which gets frustrating having to go through them. Also, finding items from another area. All the racks need to be in order to make shopping less frustrating!!

I wanted to buy a purse, they were tied with a padlock and I asked for help, they went to the manager and she told me she would take it to the register.
I got to pay for the other things and I hadn't taken it, I told him again, he only told me that he would arrive with the wallet and he never stopped talking and I didn't take it.
I couldn't buy it ?

This is one of the largest stores I've been to. Lots of stuff. But it just makes it harder to navigate to looking for anything in particular. But clean and roomy.

Nobody beats the prices! Perhaps they should modernize - without much investment - the spaces; or reorganize them. But I can spend hours searching through the clothes and I always find something good, pretty and cheap. Even wallets.

From the time you walk in the security Joseph greets you with a warm welcome. I stood there a while waiting for my husband and son to pay for my Mother’s Day gifts in line and watched Joseph greet and say goodbye to every single person that entered and left the store. He Sure takes a lot of pride in his work even when he didn’t realize someone was watching. About the store itself the prices are excellent. There is something for every budget and lots of price drop. The store is clean and well stocked up. There is a variety of things to chose from that you will not leave empty handed. The line was slow but they ended up opening 2 lines and then my sister got through quicker. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend for Mother’s Day. Whether you want clothes, purses, perfumes, jewelry, shoes, etc.. they have it all. For dads too.

I go to this place about 2 - 3 times a month because of its good prices and I usually make quite generous purchases. But unfortunately the staff and the manager, or at least that's what she calls herself, are very disrespectful. I had an issue today with two items that were double scanned and they were charging me for it. I told the cashier that she was confused and didn't want to believe me until she confirmed the mistake and removed them. The manager was next to me and in a few words she told me to shut up because I'm confusing her and she has to do her job. I told him that I was just complaining about something that they are charging me extra for and that I am not that type of customer who wants to take advantage. She made bad gestures at me and I asked her name several times in a respectful manner and she simply ignored me, turned her back on me and left, then I asked the cashier for the name of the manager and she told me that she would not tell me and that I asked him myself. Then she continued talking unprofessional things. It should be noted that this particular woman is usually like this every time I go with different clients and this time it was my turn. I upload the receipt because apparently the names and dates of the people representing the place appear there. I do not upload a photo of the person in charge out of respect for her.
