I received Mother's Day Flowers on Friday 5/10/24. I was disappointed because some of the flowers were already wilting by Saturday. I took a photo, don't know if it worked. I assume this is the order # 178977 I can't get the photo off my phone. May 16, 2024 received a replacement for my damaged flowers. Thank you so much. You stand behind your product!

Flowers delivered 1 day late! Flowers are 1/2 dead and left on front steps! No one rang door bell ! Never again will I recommend 1-800-flowers

Received flowers a day earlier then requested. Flowers were not as depicted on website. Wilted and wrong colors. Requested another attempt to make right. Received email saying order was delivered. Was home with door open all day. Was not delivered. Spoke to 3 other representatives thru the course of the day. Buisiness never answered. Lied about an attempted delivery on email again. Never received flowers on my wife's birthday. Poor business practices

I had a plant sent to the wake of a co-worker’s mother. Total cost with tax and delivery was $110. If the plant sent looked anything like what I ordered, I would have been fine with the price. But, as you can see from the pictures, what was sent was NOTHING like the picture of what I ordered. The left is what I ordered, the right is what was actually sent. There were supposed to be fresh flowers in the plant, but there were none. I was embarrassed when I saw what had been sent as this was sent from a group of 12 people, yet it looked like something bought at a grocery store floral section. I feel completely ripped off and will NEVER use this site to purchase flowers or plants again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Flowers arrived on May 11th 3/4 dead and moldy. They looked awful, nothing like the photo the sender chose them for. We wrote to corporate and received an email saying the flowers would be replaced and that they were on the truck out for delivery that night. They never showed. Fast forward through two more days of lies only to find they were never on any truck, Cindy simply refused to let these flowers be delivered. She was incredibly rude and awful to work with for my mothers Mother's Day flowers. Terrible business, do not recommend.

My husband spent $200 on an arrangement with 2 dozen roses. They delivered an arrangement with 4 roses. I called, no answered. I drove there took the arrangement and all they told me is that they made a mistake. To come back in an hour to pick it.... REALLY??? why do I have yo inconvenience myself when you made the mistake. When I asked how many roses will be on arrangement, Manager tells me only 6!!Also, the roses thar I received were almost dead.This is the 2nd time we have an issue with them. Terrible, don't order from them. We never got a refund nor an arrangement. See pictures for proof.

I usually post good reviews but this one is bad. Believe the negative ones and don’t waste your money.If you want wilted flowers after 3 days and nasty people, call them.Also, not affiliated with 1800 flowers - they lie tooDO NOT ORDER HERE. I WILL CROSS POSTRay is a nasty man who is verbally abusive to women. I tried to reason with him but it was impossible.The positive reviews must be from people they know. Same person posted 5 positives - ?
