This place is a horror show. . My husband checked in as a walking sat down waited about 15 min. A beastly women came out and said u can keep sitting there if you want but you are not going to get served. So hw left went to the one in Hicksville and was treated like a human being. They took him in and did his blood work

I was extremely nervous to take my 3 year old for bloodwork. I tried to get him an appt. At another facility which specialized in children but they unfortunately did not take his insurance. I was referred to quest at this location from my friend who took her child there previously and had a great experience. Kimberly and Nyla (hope I’m spelling that correctly) were wonderful with my son! They even calmed me and my husband down as I think we were more anxious. They were patient, compassionate and very professional. Thank you!

I’m not sure what the negative reviews are all about but my experience was great! I like the ability to check in using a smart device, I was seen within minutes of check in. Perhaps if you are someone who requires face to face ability to make appointments and check in, this isn’t for you. For those of us with smart phones, it’s better than waiting in a line to speak with someone.The technician was professional and kind. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Thank you :)

Horrible experience bringing my child who is 1 years old. Went for simple blood work and after 2 failed visits they advised me that they don’t have the proper needles for my child and recommended me to take him to the hospital

Got there and was told that they didn’t have any of the stuff for the test I needed to do. Hard to believe no one knew that before I came in. Made the appointment days ago, not sure how I wasn’t notified. Would not go back. The one in seaford is much nicer.

Scarred my niece overshot a 2 year old vein! They don’t do pediatrics or know how! They also when appiled alcohol did Not wait for it to dry to reduce the sting. This place needs to be inspected and reeducated!

The worst place to do any work. The people who work there are miserable and rude. They have the worst attitudes and treat people with the same disdain they have for themselves. They hate their job and it shows. Not one smile from anyone. No front desk reception and they use it to block you out and make you wait with gestapo like rules that you have to obey. Never go back to this location. Management should close this place and train these people how to act. Enzo is so much better and very nice people.

This was my first time here. At first, you have to scan your QR code or verify your appointment using a kiosk. They give you several options. It's fairly simple and fast. I was called a few minutes later. The process was quick. My phlebotomist was named Melissa and she was very professional. She was able to draw blood painlessly which was nice. Other labs like Enzo had inexperienced staff who made you feel like a pin cushion. That was not the case here. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Granted, I did have an early appointment but it's better to get up early than wait around.The office is located on the 2nd floor next to the bagel shop. Plenty of parking. Overall, a great place to get your blood work done.

My bf and I decided to walk into quest in Massapequa on Merrick rd (by the king kullen). We arrived around 2:40 as a walk in for regular bloodwork. There was no one in the waiting room. I was called back to get my bloodwork drawn and was asked if I fasted. I said no because my Dr told me I did not have to for the work that he ordered. Then she goes to speak to Kimberly who is another phlebotomist (not a manager or supervisor). She comes back and says that they cannot take my blood. Obviously I want to know why do I ask to speak to Kimberly. Kimberly says because it’s too much bloodwork to be drawn at this time. ( my work required 7 little vials of blood). Of course I’m upset but stayed calm n professional. I said it’s only 2:45 (they close at 3:30) and there’s no one waiting. She simply says that they can’t do it. I asked for her name (Kimberly) because I wanted to write this review. I will never return. I was simply disgusted with the lack of customer service. I’ve been to many quest locations and have never been turned away. But now I will go somewhere else before ever choosing quest again. I suggest everyone look at these reviews and their rating of two stars, and go somewhere else.

I’ve had so many bad experiences in this office. They have belittled me every time and have hurt me multiple times while trying to take blood. I refuse to ever go back and advise everyone the same. I would give no star if possible

Literally impossible to speak with anyone. I’ve called a million times. They gave me a deadline for a drug test. I call this place because it’s the location on the email and not a soul will answer. It’s been this way since Friday and today is Monday. This place is the worst.
