I've never experienced such amazing customer service before. I had an idea of what I wanted my wedding band to be and I couldn't find it anywhere. They ordered me settings to show me my options but also were upfront with what settings would last longer and be more sturdy. I narrowed it down to two rings and couldn't decide. I went back 4-5 times just to put them on. They were so patient and so helpful and they are now my go to jewelers. They are so friendly and made every visit extremely enjoyable.

These guys treat you courteously, honestly, and with respect. Doesn't matter if you are buying a watch battery, having an engagement ring repaired, or buying a diamond anniversary ring (and I've done all that here!). Every customer is their most important customer and they really want you to be happy when you walk out. Prices are fair, turnaround time is great, and they really are there to help you.

I stopped in to the store today as I needed help figuring out what my ring size is. Everyone in the store was very friendly, especially Chris. Though I wasn't there to shop for jewelry, they were more than happy to help me and look like they have some beautiful pieces in the store.

Levit Jewelers was such a pleasure to work with! Chris made us feel like family every time we stopped by the store. My now husband.. bought my engagement ring from Levit Jewelers. We went back to get a custom made wedding band. It was absolutely STUNNING. We are so happy. Can't thank them enough!
