They are located in a busy shopping center, however every time I visit this store there is never a wait; Staff are always friendly and courteous; I use FedEx only for my shipping needs both pre-paid and pay onsite; I recommend this store without hesitation.

This location is in a pretty busy shopping center in Massapequa. Plenty of parking. Staff is very friendly and helpful and can ship most items for you. One thing to note though before you go is that if you are shipping out something that has a battery in it this location is unable to do so.

I want to thank all the people that works at this location, they're amazing and really helpful. I have never been treated so well at any other location before. Thank you so much guys. You're really deserve a promotion and a good raise.
