Called to ask about Hatch Restore 2 Alarm Clock NEW IN BOX which sells 200 dollars brand new at target. They said bring it in cant even tell me if theyll take it or not, wasn't asking for price but guy said he can't take his time to "research" it. What? to take half a second to type it into google and just tell me if I should bring it in or not? lazy disrespectful scumbag wants me to take my time to go to him but no respect for my time at all

Eddie is a busy man and I was fortunate to be able to acquire a new piece from him. He gave me more than I asked for on a trade in and the whole process was effortless. There’s not a lot of time for games at Collectors so if you plan on kicking tires you should kick them at pep boys instead.

Scam Alert!!! This company sold me a $18,200 Rolex that was 1.5 years old and was supposed to have a 5 year Rolex warranty. They didn't mention they voided this warranty by removing the movement, from the case so it could dry from being completely soaked in water. They left a smudge on the crystal after putting it back together. Rolex is now charging me a hefty fee to overhaul this watch, and this company is run by criminals and scam artists. Be aware!

I've stopped here 3 times and each time they act like they're doing you a favor by selling to you. Prices were higher Everytime and last time I said never again. Well stopped today, same attitude! Don't waste your time!

Usually don’t write reviews but these guys earned it. Was between two specific pieces for a few months. Called, spoke to Kevin and told him what I wanted to look at. The inventory here is incredibly vast, so come in with a good idea of what you want to see. Arrived, Kevin had everything ready for me and then I met Eddy. Both of them knew their craft incredibly well, were straight up and operated with zero nonsense. Will be back in the future and would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality timepieces at a fair market price.
