  Horrible experience. The branch staff are useless beyond deposits, withdrawals and opening accounts. If you need anything besides those 3 tasks don't bother coming because they will give u false information or tell you to call the number behind your card every time which is also useless because their call center is in India... read full comment

  lacking, banker spent about an hour attempting to open account and couldn't get it done - no knowledge of protocol, not a difficult request and she couldn't do it nor did she have the etiquette to handle the situation appropriately, maybe take your banking needs to a different branch

  I was pleased to find that the staff was incredibly welcoming and really knew their stuff— they were kind enough to answer all of my stupid questions and make a quick withdrawal even though I didn't have the debit card with me, it went very smoothly.I recommend it.
