This locations ATM (drive up) is always having issues. 4 out of 5 times it's not working! Also, driving out of this "drive through" is dangerous! 2 drive ways go into 1 going out and the bushes are in the way for clear view of traffic!It sucks!

Hello - I've been a Chase member for over 20 years. After re-marrying, you husband has business accounts there, and my daughter has a custodial account there. However today I went to open a business account and Stacey and other staff members treated me like the plague. Granted, it was 5:45pm on Friday and I understand, but there was no kindness neither offer to willingly setup an appointment. Actually Stacyley told me " it takes 30-40 minutes to open a business account and I can't keep my staff here a half hour after closing". I am not sure why the entire staff would need to stay just for me, but no worries. I am contemplating really hard at whether or not I should remove all my account from the bank or maybe just not deal with this particular branch anymore. I don't believe it's CHASE ....but this Massapequa branch is very unhelpful and dismissive.

I'm a chase customer for years, about 17 years actually, and walked in to get cash- atm. Then, I proceeded to use the restroom, and I was stopped, and told that for liability concerns I could not use it. So bizarre that a bank this big doesn't have insurance to cover those liability concerns. Poor customer service.

This locations has the typical front ATM and inside has 2 digital tellers and some attendants to assist with questions and help with banking support. This bank is very clean and recently remodeled with plenty of parking. The parking lot is connected to a larger parking lot by a high school with open campus so it can be crazy mid day.

It's really hard to get help if you come in on a Friday. I had to walk out after waiting around for 20 minutes because the bankers were busy having personal conversations.

I have been going to this branch since it was in the old location in the shopping center. The Chase team at this location has always, and I do mean always, treated any of my banking issues with importance and has always gotten an answer for me or made suggestions to save me money in a timely manner. Because of this branch, I have moved all of my business and personal banking to them. It is so pleasant to walk in and be addressed by my name. I value my Chase relationship and highly recommend you to sit with one of the bankers there to discuss your needs. You too will become a fan.

This is the worst bank that I have ever been to. They are rude and do not care about customer service. The teller Donna should not be working there. She has no customer service skills whatsoever and is rude as can be. If I could give this branch zero stars I would.
