They refused load bcz i have whole full load for way fong they dnt have enough space for 16 skid my appointment 6am but they ignored my load and take other deliveries small load after 7 hours ready for delivery,My next delivery bronx appointment cancelled and luckily next customer take delivery without appointment next day

Always missing items on delivery, drivers' very rude & refused to arranged services. Customer service? Just say there's no such thing.

We bought a bag of Chinese Brand Pork and Leek dumplings from FL Mart and found pieces of hard black plastic inside the dumpling. We found out by biting into and spitting out a 1.5inch piece of plastic! Does the brand not do quality control on their products? We had to stop eating once we found ANOTHER smaller piece of plastic in the same batch of dumplings. How many plastic pieces have we ingested if the large ones are the only ones we found? I tried to submit the complaint via the company website and it led to a server 500 error. Never buying this brand again.

Dumplings tasted great, but I didn't see plastic on the ingredients list...
One piece had a long hard plastic strip, which I threw out of my mouth and plopped it on the plate (see photo). I figured it was a one-off and kept eating, then found a piece in another dumpling!
Good thing I didn't choke... Won't be buying anything from this company again.
