The package was not delivered on Saturday at noon, it was not delivered to the access point afterwards. The delivery was rescheduled but not delivered again early Monday, or the updated time of 7:00 p.m., or the updated time of 9:00 p.m. This facility seems incapable of honest updates for time sensitive deliveries. Future packages will only go through FedEx or USPS.

These people are SHAMEFUL!! They couldn't deliver a 9lb package from Manhattan to Astoria from July 2nd to July 9th!! 1 Week!!! It was out for delivery 3X!!! UPS couldn't get anyone on the phone that could answer any of the following questions:
1. Why they couldn't deliver this small, simple package?
2. How we could extract this package from UPS??? Because we needed the package and we couldn't get it from UPS!!!
The customer service representative couldn't even get the UPS shipping center on the phone in order find out what the heck was going on!!
Incompetence Abounds!!! And Nobody at UPS even Cared!!!

Hi, my name is Gifty Montgomery and I would like to share my review regarding a UPSer driver who delivers to my street Hart Street in Bushwick, New York. I don’t know the name of the delivery driver, but I couldn’t help but notice his dedication and commitment to deliver all my packages along with everybody’s else’s on my block, He is always polite, accommodating and knowledgeable at what he does. He is a tall Caucasian handsome young male who is just perfect for this job working in the hot and cold weather and still goes above and beyond to do the right thing. 😘😘😘👴

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. I tracked the truck on the app and saw it was right around the corner. I event stepped outside and saw the truck and assumed it would come around to be on my street next. I was home all day. Tracking and waiting to let the delivery in. The driver left this blank note inside and did not even attempt bringing the package in. Mind you the package did not need a signature. It was a large package as well, so I’m assuming they just did not want to carry it off the truck. I’m very upset as this is not the 1st time I’ve been home and UPS decided to leave a note instead of bringing the package off the truck.

They are lazy and lie when the attempt to deliver package the first day I got a sticker second day I was home all day got no sticker but said attempted to deliver where I live in a building where there is security no excuse u could not get in I have a package room not once I had a package deliver to my door besides dealing with ghetto ups there is a package room for a reason there is locker where I have to sign to open it up just like when there is a sign require then the icing ups charge me 8$ to send to access point because I’m supposed to be on the clock waiting for ya lying lazy drivers when I order things if it have anything to do with ups I don’t want it u know it’s gonna be a headache unfortunately this is my uniform from my job they use yall never again I tell anybody don’t use ups u know it’s gonna be a problem

They didn't even attempt to deliver any packages before returning to sender. the customer service reps are no help either

The package showed that it would be delivered on August 6th, but it was changed on the 7th and said it would be re-delivered as soon as possible. I called and couldn’t find the package.
