9:30AM - 6PM
200 Grand St, New York“Even them making us stand in line like idiots for an hour while indulging self-absorbed shoppers sampling every single meat and cheese in the store can prevent a five-star rating for this absolutely remarkable place.”
“This is my first time getting products from this Argentinian butcher store. The first impression is welcoming and great customer service. I bought the traditional Argentinian sauce and lemon ice cream along with some sweets. Pictures will be coming up next week. The price was reasonable.”
“The best butcher shop in town! Delicious & high quality meat selection,
and amazing service also. Nini is an awesome guy! Very kind and professional.”
“I enjoyed the marbled pork belly and thinly sliced pork belly~The price is good and the meat quality is good^^I’m looking forward to it because I’ve heard that the seasoned pork neck is delicious too.”
8AM - 11PM
185 Anderson Ave, Fairview“The highest Quality Meat Sold anywhere, This is the only place to go for fresh Beef, chicken , and especially Lamb,... The owner personally goes to meat auctions to purchase the best possible meat, Not like any store in the area. They will go out of there way to make sure you get want you want, cut the way you want and by far the CLEANEST place to buy meat. -- Don't forget to get the homemade Kofta, and Adana ground meats.”
“This is hands down the best steak Ive ever had. I eat out multiple times a month at various places all over NJ & NY and this is the best steak Ive ever had. I took home the A5 Japanese wagyu, it was unreal. The prime marinated hangar steak, amazing. The deli counter is out of this world, very decently priced and the food is so fresh and creative. A million different kinds of salads and stuffed peppers along with traditional small Italian dinners like eggplant rollatini. Just go, you will not be disappointed!PS Dont let the guy who answers the phone deter you from going here.”
“This has been my go to location to buy meat a couple of years now. I highly recommend everyone to go here. Luis is awesome he is always so helpful and his team also.”
“Wow! I got some ground beef for burgers, as well as a flank steak, and Jen ground the beef in front of me. It made for a delicious, fresh burger — the best beef I’ve had in NYC.
I made the flank steak into a stir-fry, and it was wonderful as well. Beautiful, tender, and high quality meat with no off odors like you might find at other places.”
“I just want to say: That I’m the driver in question Mustafaa that the person leaving that negative review is speaking of and he is not a customer; our customers know my character and conduct”
“This place is so nice and the staff are welcoming and friendly! I bought a 35 day dry aged Delmonico steak, and it was the best steak I have ever eaten. Its been weeks and I still remember the taste. they gave me specific instructions on how to cook it which was very helpful. The steak was huge and fed 3 people. I will be returning for another dry aged steak”
“Absolutely the Best all my food was shipped. The mozzarella was fresh snd the knots. It was shipped immediately and I got it to VA IN 3 days. Landis is Best in the Business. I will always order from them. TRY IT... YOU'LL LOVE IT!”

128 Lee Ave, Brooklyn“Yum! Staying in Brooklyn as a tourist, came by here for a nice pastrami sandwich and the qualify exceeded my expectations. (My skepticism came from letting myself get too hungry before eating) Friendly service was nice during a busy evening.”
“Coming to this place was exciting, a distant breeze of home. The owner (who immigrated from Calabria in the 60s) was very kind, giving us time for a chat and letting us try their excellent products complete with an espresso at the end. I would recommend everyone to pay a visit if you are in the area, Italian or not. Thank you so much for your time!”
“A real gem of a business, I have been a customer for many years and never regretted buying anything. The porchetta is outstanding and all the Berkshire products are amazing.”
“Every time I go to my brother-in-law's house in PA, I have to go to Munćan for kebabs and crackers, otherwise they won't accept me?
Can't go wrong here, premium stuff!”
“Imo East village kielbasa is very lean. As lean as I’ve tried. With that the flavors and smoke are more subtle as opposed to more big flavor ie fattier kielbasa. I love their kielbasa- my all time fav. My family does not agree w me - not juicy enough for them. To eaches own.
Regardless of taste, one cannot deny the quality.”
“Best Meat Market in NYC. Take a step back into the wonderful world of the neighborhood butcher. Great customer service. Good quality excellent value. A true neighborhood gem. If you don't go there you will miss outn out ona truly exceptional experience. Incredible prices, fresh meat he actually trims the meat before weighing it. Where do you see that? I wish I could find a place like that here in myNew home of Florida.”
8AM - 6:30PM
500 9th Ave, New York“Great place. Asked advice on what kind of meat I needed for a dish I was cooking up and they gave me sound advice. So worth it, they've got a nice selection of meats.”
“The Arthur Avenue Retail Market is one of several public food halls across the city, including Essex Market (LES), Jamaica Farmers Market (Queens), La Marqueta (Harlem), and the Moore Street Market (Brooklyn). The Arthur Avenue market opened in 1940 to serve the predominantly Italian neighborhood and still does to this day. There are several vendors, including butchers, fresh produce sellers, dry goods, and at least one restaurant and sandwich joint.I was running errands in the area and needed a sandwich, so I ordered a mortadella and broccoli raab sandwich from Mike's in the back on the right. They also offer many pre-made sandwiches if you are in a rush, but I like to order off the menu. The butchers look great and have an assortment of specialties, including offal and fresh rabbits. I can't wait to see what they offer around Easter time. There are a few tables near the bar in the back and as part of the restaurant, but it's hard to say if you are welcome to sit there to eat a sandwich. Regardless, it's a great spot to check out if you are walking along and want to pop into NYC, equivalent to a European food hall.”
“I cannot say enough good things about this place. The cleanest cuts of meat, fresh injera, the most beautiful of spices! Mr. Nouri is the absolute best. Thank you very much ?”
“Great quality from coldcuts, to Chicken. Sausage is awesome, fresh mozzarella is always on point. They have an extensive catering menu and always provides the best selection and quality of food. Joe and their staff do a wonderful job.”
10AM - 8:30PM
75 9th Ave, New York“Discovered this restaurant by chance, the hot dogs were eaten quickly, very tasty, the restauant is located
located in the basement, no elevator discovered only stairs,
to see meat and various sausages in the display,
Were there 8/24, I definitely recommend it.”
“My neighborhood butcher. Great steaks, cold cuts, fresh bread, eggs. They've got what you need. The homemade sausage is delicious. Try the chicken and broccoli rabe.”
“Went there today with my mom and it was a good experience. The man behind the counter was very patient with our questions and helped us get everything we wanted. Drove far to get there but worth it. Left with two bags full of meat for under $90. Will definitely go there again.”
“Ottomanelli butchery and restaurant is such a great place , so many types of meat selection according to your taste, and people are all so kind , thank you and I’ll see you soon for another special lamb burger”

“Casablanca is Excellent when it comes to Fresh Meat to.Order God Bless Casablanca for Being in business for so long I have been shopping there since 1980 .........The Meat is Fresh ...Well Known for being the Best Butcher East to West”
“I had to deliver a load in my semi with 53 feet reefer, coming from 80 east, the address of it will make you go in circles with truck gps and frustrate you. Their loading unloading dock is at 79 Pl on Cooper Avenue. The entrance to the facility is too deceptive and narrow that you will miss it.
The best landmark not miss it will be a big blue building on the left and you are there. Once you enter, You will have to back up all the way back to their dock in the narrow lane.
The staff is very friendly fast and efficient. New comers to Newyork, while giving quote to the broker, remember the Newyork traffic and GW Bridge toll.”
