if i could leave zero stars i would , had a high priority package signature required , fed ex not only didnt bother to make an attempt to deliver the package even though trackind said attempt made, called customer service who of course was outsourced and not even located in the us and she told me that was a mistake and my package never left the facility… so i go there to pick it up and ask why there was no attempt made to deliver a package that was overnight signature required and this imbecile responds bc it wasnt on the drivers route !!! mind blowing!!! the nerve , is fed ex a pick up service?? these ppl dont give two flying fuks , its really shocking how this company operates

Listen to all these reviews. This location consists of thieves, dishonest and selfish human beings. The moment my package got delivered here, all hell broke. It took 5 weeks for my package to be 'found' and redelivered. Customer service was a nightmare. It's a disgrace to have those people take care of others things while they steal and get a pay check and benefits at the same time. My package arrived with half of my things stolen. I will continue to report and be compensated for all that was rightfully mine. Do not trust this location AT ALL.

Update: FedEx delivery is the first one out of all the other deliver companies said they cannot find the building/they cannot find the apartment unit/the shipper didn’t include the apt#. All these kinds of excuses. UPS shipped a work laptop from the west coast and I got it the next day with a direct signature. This is beyond words. Am I getting a package shipped from the outer space?This particular FedEx location has the worst deliver service ever.The driver guy didn’t even call me or ring the doorbell instead just not deliver the package causing my work delay. I got my bank sent over an envelope from another FedEx with a direct signature. “Cannot find the apartment” or “the shipper didn’t give the apt number”; seriously!?

They really do not give a flying duck. I was told over the phone by a FedEx rep that the driver in fact did not bother to leave any slips of attempted delivery, or that it was available for pick up at the facility, and I that was responsible for tracking my package. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention my business was open and operating during their "three attempted deliveries". After reading the reviews, it sounds like this facility makes more money returning to sender than delivering to the recipient. ABSURD!!!!

My package has been sitting there for 5 days. Fedex tracking lies about making delivery attempts (I know because I was sitting at home waiting for my package). Fedex does not provide any information about the status of my package other than assuring me it will arrive "today"... every day. Based on the other reviews this is a systemic problem.

This is ridiculous, this is the worst Fedex facility!!!!! I purchased a new phone to arrive this past Friday. They decided to apparently show up at 10:37 pm. By 10pm i have left a note on my door to call me in case I could no longer wait for them in my living room. They decided to completely ignore it and sent it back to this location. I called FedEx customer service and they said they will “try again” to deliver it on Monday (today). I took off from work to receive this package and I called at 12pm to confirm my package is still coming because I have been up since 7 am today waiting for it, they told me that they are in transit and will deliver it by 5pm. Now it is 3:30 pm and I called them again since you these people do not ring doorbells or alert you they are outside, and to my surprise, it just happens that my package is now on its way to TEXAS, back to the shipper!!!!! This is the 2nd time they do this to me!!!! They are LYING and this should not be tolerated. I will submit a postal service complaint and i will encourage anyone who’s gone through this abuse as an obligated customer to do the same. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

FedEx used to be a consistent and reliable delivery service. In the last year my packages keep saying a delivery was "attempted" even though they have my number and access code and there was no doorbell. I work from home so I was there to receive any of the packages but these drivers keep handing off the packages to pick-up locations. I can understand a few exceptions, but it has been every delivery in the last year. I don't know if FedEx isn't hiring enough drivers or what, but what is the point of a delivery service that doesn't deliver? Don't bother choosing FedEx to ship any item to yourself or others, what a waste of time and money.

DO NOT DROP OFF PACKAGES HERE!!!Someone that works in this facility stole my iPhone from my return package. Thankfully I still had the phone connected to “find my iPhone”. After 2 days someone claimed to have “found” my iPhone and I was able to get it back. I will be going through my iPhones locations and will confirm where it went since I dropped it off. I am in the process of reporting this to FedEx’s corporate office.

I had scheduled delivery. I signed off online and left note to drop of package by the door. For some reasons driver didn’t. I’ve got note that I can pick up my package at this facility myself.So when I got there and provided tracking number and my ID, this guy is telling me that I need proof of address, because it doesn't match my ID. When I said I can show him my bill in my cell phone he said he needed a hard copy of it. How I'm supposed to know that?? ?.After unprovided service which a paid for, i’ve got there to pick up myself and they asked my ridiculous things. I never had this type of problem with other carriers.I will never use FedEx service again and won’t recommend to anybody.

I waited on line outside the entrance door, only two customers allowed in at a time. Fast moving line, courteous employees. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Only drawback you have to walk ?♂️ up to the second floor. Street parking available. All in all good service. ?

Absolute terrible service, AVOID this place at allllll cost. 3 people allowed in the room only?!! The family before us literally were shipping out their ENTIRE LIVESSSS and we just have to wait 45 min + to ship out our package that’s all ready to go? First thing when we walked into the building, it wasn’t a greeting or anything in sorts of a helpful employee. We were met with a stern employee yelling at us “THREE CUSTOMERS IN THE ROOM ONLY.” Don’t ever come here, I’d rather drive to the middle of the damn country before coming back here.

Every time my package ends up stopping at Maspeth. It’s almost like it gets stopped in it’s tracks. The location is literally 15 mins from my house and every single time it’s gets stuck there for a week. And then the package needs to be returned to owner because of damage or for some reason I put in the wrong address? I’ve never had a problem with my address for other shipments. It’s always at this FedEx stop.

Driver attempted drop off three times, but my doorman never logged any visits at those times. I personally waited four hours in our lobby this morning during their estimated delivery time, only to have the driver message that they came but no one was home to receive the package.Customers have to wait in a non air conditioned stairwell bc of “social distancing”, but no one working inside the large air conditioned office is wearing a mask. They also only accept physical proofs of address, so I had to go to a nearby hotel business center to print out my lease (my license is out of state).I’ve been waiting for an hour here for my driver to return, along with two other customers who are coincidentally from my neighborhood (Astoria) and also missed their packages multiple times despite waiting by their front doors all day.My package is a laptop for my new job, scheduled for delivery last week. Bc of these delays, I missed my first day of work. Front desk here hasn’t offered any explanations or apologies.In total I’ve spent close to 7 hours today trying to resolve this issue.

Super mean service, and people that work there seem to always be in a bad mood. I understand that sometimes we have bad days, or maybe its not a job I love, but good and kind customer service goes a long way in helping you have a good day, and others will be more willing to use the services there. I can now understand why machines are replacing workers, less mean and less scary. Literally scared to even approach people here.

Absolutely the worst customer service and worst representatives. Each one will tell you a different story. None of them know how to do their job. The drivers don’t even attempt to deliver. I am at home waiting for package and nobody shows up and then they decide to ship the package back to shipper even after I request them to hold it for pickup.
