Don’t come here. Horrible customer service! Pharmacy workers have no clue what they’re doing, have to call my doctor multiple times to get my prescription, otherwise they say “they don’t have it”. Everything is locked up here and the workers act like it’s the biggest inconvenience in the world to get it opened up for you. One time I asked an employee where an item can be located and she didn’t say anything just pointed. Wow so helpful …

Also if you have to close at 1:30 close at 1:30 ....not 1:27.

Bad services, especially the one who is in the beauty area. Always standing in the front door but do nothing, give you attitude that you don’t deserve the services.

I come here almost every month for my prescription. There’s either a ridiculously long line or my prescription isn’t filled correctly because of my dose it’s 2 separate pills. How do you only give me 1/2 of the pills I need???

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service – Avoid This CVS!
If I could give this CVS zero stars, I would. The customer service at this location is beyond unacceptable. The employees are rude, dismissive, and act as if answering a simple question is the biggest inconvenience in the world. I’ve never experienced such blatant disregard for customers.
Not only do they ignore you when you ask for help, but they also act like you’re a problem just for existing. I’ve had multiple encounters where I was met with attitude instead of assistance. If you’re looking for a place where employees actually care about their job and the people they serve, this is NOT it.
CVS, do better. Train your staff to be respectful and helpful, or don’t be surprised when customers take their business elsewhere.

Very unfriendly workers, I did not feel welcome here at all. Also everything is locked up and they take forever to assist you. One of the workers was sitting on the floor instead of helping me.

I have medicine ready and I was not in town for pick up and when I came back they said it’s been picked up which is not true. Also I learned if you don’t pick up your prescription they charge the insurance first then they restore the medicine and resale it . Imagine how many times they do that and how much they profit. They need to be investigated

Want to go there for 10 mins ? Nope. It’s going to take an hour! Takes forever to get something. The other day I bought a Vanilla gift card from there. Last 4 digits were erased, when I tried to get the numbers back, it’s been used already. Just go there !

The worst pharmacy in NY, I don't recommend it to anyone, I'm thinking of going to another pharmacy.
1st, the medications I receive each month are prepared for me one by one, they always need new prescriptions and without my authorization or knowledge they put me in a program to pay less for medications for people who do not have medical insurance and I have active medical insurance that covers me. Everything is a real disaster working the worst of the worst.
