“While I cannot speak to the companies actual performance I can inform all the 1 star overly upset people that EVERY forklift dealer/service provider charges an hourly rate AND travel time which is usually capped at 1 hour regardless is longer, if under 30 minutes sometimes a 1/2 hour will be billed for travel..... And to people saying "it takes 10 minutes to get from XXX to XXX" you must also not be aware service techs are dispatched from job to job so just because it may be a 10 min drive with NO TRAFFIC & at 3am does not mean during primetime driving time in NYC & 5 boro's that you can get to one place to another without speeding and running lights..... Many service vehichles are commerical and cannot drive on parkways, only the L.I.E and Van Wyck...... And having worked for or with handfuls of dealerships through the years especially NEW customers are always told the labor rate, travel charge, waste removal, etc.. Why? Because we do not need hole in the wall, "new" customers whom know nothing about the way this business works refusing to pay afterwards......”

“Phenomenal car repair shop. The owner and his mechanics are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their craft. They know their cars! Went to another place to get my AC fixed - it stopped working in 2 months. Come to find out previous shop didn’t install it correctly! They showed me where the issue was, explained how it was installed incorrectly and then showed me how they installed it the right way. I have made them my go-to-shop. I get my oil changes done here now too. Jeep charges 3xs the amount and this place uses the same “high grade” oil. They even showed me the bottle, unsealed it, and poured it into my car in front of me. No nonsense place. Love them! Highly recommend.”

“I cannot emphasize just how amazing this shop was. Anthony at reception was so sweet and helpful in explaining everything and making everything so easy! My car went in looking mangled with my passenger side doors basically mangled and came out show room new. I was worried about the color because its an uncommon color and they matched it to perfection! and went above and beyond. When I went to get in my car, it had been detailed and cleaned to look brand new!! They bagged all my stuff but left my mom's funeral prayer card on the console, and that meant so much to me because It was so respectful of them. I could not recommend this place enough. Every person there was so nice!”

“Let’s face it….No one wants to get into an accident…but they happen…and after our car was struck from behind…I started looking for a local auto body place with a high rating…and although it was further than a lot of others… I went with K2 in Edgewater (which had the highest rating that I could find) and I’m very glad I did. I can honestly say that I could not have expected or asked for a better experience… From start to finish… I did not need to do anything other than drop off the car and pick up the car. Eric, the owner, took care of everything… he spoke with the insurance company and handled everything and there was ZERO out of pocket for me….It took less than a week, and it probably could’ve been a couple of days but when the manufacturer tried to send aftermarket emblems for the liftgate…Eric was not having it and demanded they send OEMs…which they did! Thank you Eric and K2 Auto Body for a perfectly executed job!”
