But the people who work here have made this feel like a small town post office and it's been nice to see many of the same staff members through the ups and downs of the past 6 years or so. “This review is late, but better than never. Some time after the pandemic I walked into the post office to a REALLY long line and this fellow (see image) was the only person assisting customers.
He was on point and did not skip a beat. He maintained great professionalism and a good attitude. Never did he display fatigue or signs that he was overwhelmed. I could have left and come back another day but i waited the 40+ minutes to get up front and have everyone applaud him for being so awesome at his job.
Its been the same every time i went back and that consistency is admirable. Thank you for you professionalism man... I'm sure I'm not the only one who appreciated it.”

“I have recently needed to visit the beacon post office. On my 1st visit on Saturday 11/5/22 we had an excellent experience with the clerk who helped my wife complete a transaction for a passport. The clerk was patient, helpful and professional! Today, 11/8/22, I had to return for my passport appointment. Again... but with different employees, I was left amazed by the clerks professional and helpful demeanor. Gus called out another employee to help me with my appointment. The clerk who helped me was amazing, kind, Personable and thorough. Every service oriented agency should be taking lessons from these employees . Amazing experience, keep up the great work!”
