Extremely disappointed (and that’s putting it mildly) with the “customer service”. Signed up with this company for my home insurance and gave them all my mortgage information. They have been taking money out of my account every month but never submitted the appropriate paperwork to my bank. So my bank was Still paying my old insurance through my escrow. When I called the branch one of the associates told me they sent all the necessary paperwork to the bank and had no idea what the issue was. Then upon further review tells me they didn’t send the paperwork in and blamed their error on me. But reassured me they would be taking care of the issue. I have been following closely with My bank and nothing has been sent to them from this branch. Just now I called to follow up and spoke to the owner who told me “it’s not their problem.” He proceeded to argue with me.

James Grabinski of Farmers insurance is definitely by far one of the best agents in Orange county he was very helpful respectful as was the other staff in his office I recently switched over because I was having issues with my last agent I was dealing with. Everything I needed all the documentation that was required for DMV he was able to get everything done the day I went to see him. He was just all around very respectful and very professional and I definitely would recommend Mr James Grabinski to anyone who needs any type of Auto life etc insurance. I just want to say thank you because the first day I came to your office you stayed almost 2 hours after business hours to help me out and I really appreciate it!
