I was racial comment by the store manager I was made fun dismissed I truly love the pharmacy team. The manager needs more training so she may learn how to treat people.

This place is a mess.it never improves. It needs to be expanded or relocated to a new more spacious location. Inventory overflows into the aisles. I avoid this particular CVS at all costs.

This has got to be one of the worst pharmacy s in the area stand in line to get prescription 9 people in front of me 5 behind me ended up leaving I will be changing pharmacy after this no-one should have to wait that long especially when you have 5 people there and one is running the register. They must have hired the slow people from Dunkin Donuts to work here

This place is horrible!!! I needed a medication after surgery and somehow they screwed up and I never got it. Then they sent me a notice like 2 weeks after surgery to say it was ready. The same day of my surgery I needed to go there to pick up a narcotic medication for pain and the pharmacist wasn’t there and I had to wait and it wasn’t lunch time. There is this older male pharmacist there that is so unpleasant. The customer service here is so lacking!!

Cannot reach them on the phone. Tried all afternoon. The store is open - no one is out to lunch -pharmacy just plays music on hold and never picks up after a LONG and arduous regimen of stupid recorded robots asking off-point questions. This happens all the time - there must be a better place...

Called into the pharmary to get a script filled. The pharmesist answered was unwilling to help. Then states its not covered here and hangs up on me. They are extremely unproffesional. Our entire family gets scripts filled there. We will no longer be using them.

I've never personally had an issue with this CVS, however, last night I visited the store to pick some personal things up and couldn't help but overhear the pharmacy staff very loudly gossiping about the appearance of a regular that visits their store. It was really disheartening to hear them speak so negatively about someones appearance. They were laughing and making fun. It really felt like a conversation high schoolers would have. Just something to consider, maybe don't judge people on their appearance, don't judge people at all, especially at a pharmacy of all places. Be nicer, choose to be kind. Please.

Send me texts for days saying the scripts are ready, I get there and the girl first tells me that the messages I received were stating that the scripts were too early to be filled. When I read her back the message stating that they were ready she told me to come back in an hour. Worst service. This place is ridiculous.

Script called in on Thursday. Said it was ordered. Came in on the truck on Saturday but I guess no one unloaded the crates. Said I would definitely have it on Friday night. They closed. Didn't receive it to after having called again on Saturday morning. Mind you it was important to start this med on Thursday. Now today my sister who had a script called in for her for prednisone and an antibiotic yesterday and they only filled the prednisone. Her antibiotics was supposed to be ready today but was told it wouldn't be ready til 6pm tomorrow evening. What an incompetent group. Antibiotic was supposed to be started immediately. So disgusted with this place. They need to get people on there who know what they're doing.

We went to CVS in Marlboro,NY and Amanda was rude and obnoxious. We were loading cash onto our Capital One Accounts and she OBNOXIOUSLY hand gestured over to my boyfriend to hurry up and then proceeded to complain about our transaction. She said we should have came in earlier cause she didn’t want to do a “drop” this close to closing time and then told us that we were killing her because of the amount we were depositing. I will NEVER return to this CVS. Amanda should be reprimanded and given trainings on how to talk to clients. I am appalled that CVS allows someone like that to manage a store. Absolutely unacceptable!
