They called me with the details and said they could fix it right away. They even advised me that I had an outstanding recall. They got me up and running and was also able to complete the recall. He didn’t just text. He CALLED. He got me approved within a day, and I went and picked the car up a few days later: He was not only hospitable from the minute I stepped into his office but he made the whole process seamless. Usually you spend HOURS at a dealership, but I was in and out within a few hours. He even went and register it for me the same day. He was transparent with EVERYTHING.
