We are forever grateful to smokeys towing & recovery. They came and saved us from the snow storm in buffalo, pulled us out & made sure we were at least somewhere safe, with the car. The two guys were so friendly and amazing pulling us out of the snow more than once to park it out of the way. They continued to try to get us help to get to a hotel in such harsh conditions over msg. Advising us the entire way, such great service they didnt need to do. There was little people could do, but what was awesome was..They messaged us all the way through to see we we were safe at a hotel and to made it to our destination the next day. Highly recommend.Service: Car towing

Incredible. Arrived in less than an hour & went above & beyond. They waited with my family until our ride arrived to ensure our safety. Informed me of GEICO's roadside assistance policy before accepting payment... turned out to be completely covered by insurance, which was a huge relief. Even let our son have a tour of the tow truck. I could not be happier with the service I received today! My insurance company gave me the run-around all morning. I ended up calling Smokey’s towing and they came over within 30 min to jump my Jeep. Smokey’s Towing was awesome! We were stranded and were having issues with getting our Roadside Assistance. We called Smokey’s because we gave up on our Roadside Assistance. They were out to us in 20 minutes. They were very friendly and made getting a tow as pleasurable as it can possibly be!
