“I am so glad I checked out this location after watching the abysmal crash and burn of the Union/Genesee location. At first I assumed it was just the company going downhill but it seems like it is just that location.I hadn't been to this Save A Lot in years and it seems to have had a facelift since that last visit. Aisles are a bit more manageable and as for selection the stores carries your basics as well as some alternatives and limited specialty items. Like anywhere you have to know your prices though overall they tend to be less than or equal to other stores.”
“I purchased a 7.5' pre-light LED artificial Christmas tree with dual lights. It was very easy to assemble and looks great! My wife and I just love it. The tree was a Cyber Monday Bargain @ 20% off deal!!!”

“I drove out of my way to work there when they needed cashier help. The staff was very nice and the manager was glad I was there to help out. Although I've never been at that store before, I did my best to help customers find items and I met a lot of nice customers there who appreciated me. If they ever needed cashier help again, I would definitely drive out there again. It was a 45-minute drive, but the kind staff makes it worth it. I also love the toy pigs they have on the registers for customers to squeeze when we have to do restocking in between cashiering!”

“Came in for a quick browse and from the moment I walked in the store Nichole the assistant manager made me feel as though I was family. From greeting me right away to navigating to what I came in for, she was amazing! You don’t find customer service like this anywhere! Thanks Nichole!”
“Was in the store today around 530-6 pm. I accidentally left my wallet under the flap in one of the carts. it has my social security cards as well as my children's. It had all of my money for christmas For my kids. my medical cards for myself and my children, as well as around $40-$60 in cash and my bank card and other cards. I asked to review tapes to see if someone maybe took the cash and threw the wallet onto a shelf or something at least and I feel as though I got a bit of an attitude when I asked. the guy said it's on a 24 hour loop so theycouldnt until tomorrow so I asked to come in tomorrow to see and he then said the manager has to do it and that cant happen til Monday ( which is absolutely fine!) but it just felt like I was a bother to even ask. It didn't seem as though anyone really wanted to help much Except for 1 lady in the store That was shopping. I go here all the time! I am a regular, i absolutely love the workers but today I felt like I got attitude just for asking.”
“So, never been to a proper can and bottle return, but I must say I was incredibly impressed. The staff were wonderful, the machines incredibly quick, and I was out in 10mins. Keep in mind I had two large, heavy duty trash bags full of returns and had planned for at least 40mins. They had me out quickly, friendily, and with a smile on both of us.”

“Glad to see a store that has enough items that don't cost too much, and save a trip to Alden or East Aurora to get.Store is immaculate, and free of carts for the number of times I've been in there. In addition, the staff are friendly and have been willing to help customers instead of hiding from them.A national and regional chain store was kind of expected to happen eventually, and I'm glad to see that Dollar General came in and has provided a quality experience for its customers.”
