BEST cable and broadband company we have ever dealt with. Miles better in terms of customer services and response times. We had a semi truck pull the cabling off our telephone pole and pulled the cable from the inside of the house. The team was on the spot within an hour with a tree topper and 5 trucks and rewired the entire lost 200 meters of cabling. Anytime the broadband is out due to power, they are always answering the phone. Just an incredible company. I wish they were in Manhattan, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Florida. The internet is always the fastest most consistent of anywhere and we are located remotely in Jewett, NY

We spend 250$ a month for 250 MBs and it can’t even break 50MB at all on a good day, the service dies when ever it gets warm outside making it purely useless, the place closes at 4:30 so you can’t even call in to report a problem after 4:30, it’s even at the point where the router will literally die on you if you leave it on for more then 3 months

We’re connected to fiber optics and still have incredibly slow and patchy internet which we have to pay nearly $200 a month for. Of course, that’s made even worse when they shut down our account for “suspicious activity” without bothering to contact us first. We only noticed two months later because they’re threatening to shut off our internet and piling on late fees because they didn’t send us a bill (and we didn’t even notice because we have autopay set up and weren’t given any warning up to this point). Tried to call, but of course they’re closed by 4:30 so nobody who works a typical day job can even contact them. Ridiculous.

MTC brought high speed internet to an area that had no options, and provides superb customer service. The network is as good or better than i experienced in the NYC area, and the responsiveness to service calls is unparalleled.

Prices are constantly going up, and when you need to get help its almost impossible.I recently got rid of them.

Less internet for twice the price of other companies elsewhere. Even Comcast and Spectrum are better.

We are charged for 100 speed and most of the time we only get in the 30's on brand new equipment- very unhappy

Decent enough service...BUT won't allow me to stream ESPN+ ever...hopi.g MTC will do something about it ASAP.
