We had a semi truck pull the cabling off our telephone pole and pulled the cable from the inside of the house. The team was on the spot within an hour with a tree topper and 5 trucks and rewired the entire lost 200 meters of cabling. Anytime the broadband is out due to power, they are always answering the phone. Just an incredible company. I wish they were in Manhattan, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Florida. The internet is always the fastest most consistent of anywhere and we are located remotely in Jewett, NY”
