Decent supermarket situated in the Catskill ski area. It was a 15 mins drive from where we stayed. Had everything we needed. Nice cash register lady. And CVS is right next door.

Stopped there on a trip to look at Soapstone fireplaces. We picked up made to order sandwiches and some salads for a quick lunch. Food was delicious. Staff was very help. Made for a very nice break from our roadtrip.

Would be beat place to shop locally if their prices weren't so high in everyday items for the local public. Food choices entertain the tourists in summer and ski seasons. Nit affordable for local public.

Such a great food market! Many organic and gluten free choices which is wonderful since I have celiacs disease and can't eat much. Very clean store and it's always fully stocked with fairly priced goods. They're the only food store for many miles, yet the prices are still competitive which is ethical & makes me want to give them my business. Highly recommend Freshtown

Over priced ! I only go here if I really have to for one or two things I may have forgotten else where. Watch for expiration dates Not uncommon to find expired meats and dairy. I've seen things in the meat counter that expired days ago.! The deli counter here is horrible to say the least. I dread needing something here. Employees act like they are doing you a favor!!! They need a crash course in customer service !!! They go to lunch and close the counter down. Product is okay, stick with named brands. There are a few cashiers that are old timers and very pleasant. They go out of their way to be helpful. That's the only asset this place has. I hope management treats them well. I have been coming here since the days of the A&P that's more than fifty years. Sadly over the last few years this place had gone down hill ! And the biggest travesty is that it is the only supermarket in town so seniors and anyone that does not drive are stuck.
