Working with Jeffrey was great! He is well informed about the area, has a wealth of knowlege about living in The Catskills I didn't even think to research, and always made us feel like our time and our transaction was important. I enjoyed working with him and would recommend to anyone looking for kind, respectful, and knowledgeable realtor.

Working with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. When I decided to sell my house and purchase a new one, their team of agents made the entire process seamless and stress-free.From the very first meeting, I was impressed by their professionalism and expertise. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that they found the perfect home for me. Their knowledge of the market was evident, and I felt confident in their guidance every step of the way. When it came to selling my house, they went above and beyond to showcase its best features and attract potential buyers. Their marketing strategy was top-notch, and I was thrilled with the results. My house sold quickly and at a great price, thanks to their efforts.Throughout both transactions, the agents at Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed and updated throughout the entire process.Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Working with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties and their agents was a true pleasure, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to their clients set them apart, and I am grateful for their assistance in finding my new dream home.

Sean O'Shaughnessy is dishonest, deceitful and manipulative. NEVER work with him or his wife. Sean is also an alcoholic - he was heavily drinking whiskey from a flask while showing me homes at 9am, on more than one occasion. He needs to be fired and his license revoked. I have worse words to say about him than I can publish on the internet. Karma is coming for you and your wife, Sean.

We chose Timberland for our purchase in 2013 and again when we chose to list in 2022 and were extremely satisfied, especially on the listing. Our agent, Robert Kennedy, worked tirelessly representing us and our interests. His knowledge of not only the in and outs but the local area proved to be a winning choice for us. We consider ourselves lucky to have found him. His energy level was high, yet respectful to all, his professionalism was a welcome relief and correspondence throughout prompt and efficient. We received asking price within 48 hours of listing, Thank You Robert! You and the Catskills, perfect together!

This team is generally unimpressive. I've had the misfortune of working with a couple different agents at this office; they don't seem to "get it" and have no grasp of what an NYC buyer is looking for. I've felt patronized on a number of occasions by agents who certainly shouldn't be judging anyone. If you keep acting like small time country folk, don't expect anyone to be eager to work with you. Look elsewhere for some more competent agents.

I rent a space from Eric for my business. Eric has been the absolute best landlord I have ever had, hands down. If I mention that something needs to be fixed, checked, etc. he and Jeannette are right on it. I'm extremely thankful to be where I am and to have such a great landlord.

Coldwell Banker Timberland was the listing agency for the house I just bought outside of Margaretville. Since my buyers agent was NOT Coldwell Banker they treated me very poorly, down to cancelling appointments with the appraiser for my mortgage without even telling me. And then they had no qualms about lying abou things. If ethics and honesty are not a requirement, then this could be your real estate agency to do business with.

We listed our weekend house with Carol Spinelli of Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties, just as the market for homes was softening. Fortunately for us, Carol did a few things that led to the house being sold quickly. Specifically: * She understood the house, the features, the immediate area and identified the buyer. * She knew how to reach the target market not only thru traditional means, but also with effective use of the Internet. * She watched over and immersed herself in every step of the process by managing the initial offer and our counter to it, the property inspection, scheduling the closing, and making certain that all came off without a hitch. Importantly, there was never any doubt that she represented us as sellers, but I was impressed that Carol was fair-minded toward the buyers as well. Today, both we and the buyers are pleased with the deal and have in fact become friends. This doesn't always happen with a real estate transaction!
