Drove for an hour just to check out the place and they were closed. The website and phone message said they were open but the door was locked.

While in the Catskills with my girlfriend for holiday we wanted to check out some local shops and found this small strip of stores where we stumbled upon this small Artisan Guild shop. At first I thought it was just an "antique" shop but it was really a singularly owned shop where the owner sells all kinds of locally made products from soaps, clothing and household goods/accessories. The items were labeled with the contact info of the local vendors that made the products which I thought was really neat. I like supporting local vendors and if you like that concept as well then you just may find some of the items in this shop appealing to you. Really cute shop that I'd encourage even a quick peek even if you don't buy anything.

I enjoy browsing through all the beautiful pottery, jewelry and handmade leather purses. They have lots of other items like handmade soaps and cards all very unique. I have purchased several items there and am thankful they are still open.
