Peggy Bellar, Catskill Dream Team, is the number one realtor to deal with in the Catskills, if you want to sell your home. We were second home owners in Andes for over 12 years. The process of listing and presenting our house for sale and Peggy's overall expertise, and communication and negotiating skills surpassed our expectations in every way. For example, Peggy spent time explaining to us the process of evaluating the various offers received and throughout the negotations that led to our acceptance of the final offer. She handled the interaction with the buyer with integrity and grace. It simply could not have gone better. At the end, Peggy even helped ensure that the final garbage removal and transfer of services to the new owners were a breeze. And she was in contact for any clarifications needed during the 'remote' closing process. Working with Peggy was an absolute pleasure. My husband and I recently purchased our first home in the Catskills to pursue our dream of starting a small farm. They also just so happen to be perfect descriptors for Peggy Bellar, one half of the Dream Team who have (to my understanding) helped to realize dreams and place keys into hands of those who view the Catskills as a special place. I engaged Peggy to sell my house one day in April 2022, and in a can-do spirit, she danced through the steps and then went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth, seamless and most importantly given the economy, speedy. I just sold my beloved house in the Catskills. Cricket and Peggy were fantastic..the best realtors ever!! They held my hand through this emotional process with great care, concern, expertise and professionalism. They staged the house beautifully with wonderful photos and write-up. They always kept me informed and were responsive to my questions. When we were in contract to sell, there was a problem with our oil tanks and furnace. Cricket volunteered to call the oil company and worked out a temporary solution and then dealt with them again the night before closing. And, when there was a question about getting the pre-closing documents notarized and sent overnight in time for the closing, Peggy offered to drive to me to pick them up. In all aspects, both Cricket and Peggy went above and beyond!!! If you want to sell a property, I would highly recommend the Catskill Dream Team!!!
