Such a awesome place. You won't find a better price or quality of work anywhere else. Beat every price in the area by a few hundred dollars! I have had clutches replaced down to basic maintenance and I will be back in the future for any transmission needs.

Professional Transmission is a very good place to deal with transmission problems. John kept me well informed about my transmission problems. Was very honest and helpful. They they did only work that had to be done. They did advise me ,that a total rebuild is best. They seemed to have done the work that was needed very well. I am hopeful that the lack of damage inside transmission, equates to no more problems. Nice Jpb.

Had a great experience with Professional Transmission. We were out of town and limped to the shop. They not only rebuilt our transmission quickly to the timeline quoted, they also identified the transmission cooler was poorly placed and they added another cooler. Have driven 700+ miles and no troubles.

LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE! YOU OWE ME MONEY FOR THE PARTS YOU DIDN'T REPLACE AND I HAVE PICTURE PROOF! I WENT BACK TO REASON AND THEY LIFTED MY CADDY BY THE SIDE SKIRTS CAUSING DAMAGE ? LOST MY TRUST AND THERES NO LOVE HERE! I'LL BE ALSO CONTACTING THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU AND FILING A SMALL CLAIMS. THIS MAN SHOULD BE ARRESTED AS WELL FOR DAMAGES HE CAUSED THOUSANDS OF DOLLORS OF DAMAGE AND CHARGED ME ALOT FOR WORK THAT WAS NEVER DONE!Service: Transmission

Was recommended to this place by a friend starting the question if he was a good friend or not, my girlfriend’s truck was slipping between first and second gear I sent her to these guys to have it looked at they told her she needed a full transmission rebuild. We agreed got the truck back and I wouldn’t even go over 10 miles an hour down the road. Just for them to tow the truck to the garage. Tell us at the truck is completed for a second time this time the battery lights flashing and it’s still not running completely right would not recommend for any repair or need to work on your vehicle.Service: Transmission

This shop is fantastic! I use my truck to make a living when my transmission wasn’t acting right I called them and they squeezed me in the next day and it was even during a bad snow storm. I had an internal transmission problem. They were very helpful, fair, honest, and quick. I highly recommend. My truck is running better than ever! They did such a great job! They helped me save over 3000$, it was actually my birthday too so I couldnt be more greatful! If you are having any second thoughts about this shop just don’t. You can trust them. John was great to deal with very clean and proffesional.We dropped the truck off to them earlier than they were ready for it. John was able to get to the truck earlier than he thought and we are greatful for that as this is a work truck. It is a 2018 Silverado they pulled rebuilt and reinstalled the trans. We are very happy with the service the turn around time and of coarse the prefessionalism.Service: Transmission
