I personally can not say enough great things about Jeff & Sheri! They make a wonderful team! They are always pleasant, honest, and easy to deal with! I trust them 110%. Strongly recommend this business to every and any one!

This place is THE BEST. I am usually very skeptical of mechanics, being I am a young woman with little knowledge of cars. Jeff eased my mind, talking me through the entire process, taking time to explain in depth the problems with my car and what he suggested as a solution. He discussed everything with me before going ahead with the work. Communication was easy, direct, and fluid. Pricing is extremely fair and impossible to beat anywhere else. Jeff finished my car in a timely manner and drop off/pick up went smoothly. I will only be servicing with Northeast Motors from here on out!!!

Was looking for a car for my grandson got ahold of Jeff because I've know him and his wife for years about what I was looking for in October. Within a week they had something. My grandson test drove it fell in love with it. Jeff went over the car so there were no issues and in a week he had his car. I've been in the car business a long time best experience I've had. i bought snow tires through them too and they installed them too. Just great people to do business with.

I called because I was broke down at 7 pm Friday the 13 th at Fast trac ,, A random man tried to help but didn't have the right tool ,, but ironically had a flat just before he stopped to get gas and gave me Sherri and Jeff's number .. Sherri was very happy to help and pass me along to Jeff ,, They both treated me like I knew what I was talking about and not " just a female " Jeff asked me to explain a little and then came right out ,, listened to me some more and did just as I said I was sure was wrong !! What an awesome feeling to be heard and not looked at like I'm stupid !!!! REMEMBER 7pm on a Friday night !!!!! I asked how much I owe him ,, he said NOTHING !!! We gave him money anyway and to be sure .... We ARE making an appointment Monday to have it fixed the right way !!!!! Great feeling knowing there are still honest good hearted people out there !!!! Kudō's to Sherri and Jeff !!! You saved me !!

I just purchased my Kia Sorento from here. Sherri is a very wonderful lady. I had the best buying experience. If your looking for a vehicle I would recommend Northeast Motors. I love my new vehicle. Sherri and Jeff are super great to deal with.
