We were traveling home on the thruway and heard a scraping sound. After a short distance we pulled into the Automotive Service Center not knowing how soon we'd be able to get it looked at. Jim the service advisor greeted us and got someone to look at it right away. The repair was completed in minutes and we were on our way! We will keep this professional business in mind for future needs and highly recommend!

Firstly I would like to address the collection of negative reviews. I believe it's a disgruntled ex-employee, who was clearly fired for good cause, spent their valuable time creating google accounts to post as different people in order to lower their rating. The tone is basically the same and they're completely nonsensical.
I have never had as thorough an experience as I have had with Automotive Service Center. They were clear and patient with me and did a highly detailed inspection of my vehicle. Getting a full report of what it needed in print form made the process easy and I was able to choose what I wanted to be performed and what I could have wait. No haggling, no funny business.
My brother owns a garage and he said you can tell everything you need to know about an auto repair shop by how clean the work-floor is, and ASC is immaculate.
They were very kind to me as well and spent the time to explain everything in detail. They did not treat me as a "ignorant customer". After some typically unsavory experiences at other mechanics in the area, I will make ASC my garage of choice.
If I were to make one suggestion it would be to have a waiting room that is a little bit more comfortable than a abandoned check-cashing entrance hallway but I'm here to get my car fixed, not be pampered.

Shop went above and beyond. Brake caliper fell off after driving from Rochester and after waiting 3 hours for AAA, we got to the shop shortly before close. They had a caliper delivered and the car fixed ready to go within about an hour. They stayed 20 min past close to help us. Labor cost was fair and service was top notch. Definitely recommend.

Oh, where do I begin with the sheer delight that was my experience at the Automotive Circus of Incompetence? It's as if they attended a masterclass in turning a routine car service into a Shakespearean tragedy.I must commend them for their unparalleled commitment to creativity in overcharging. I half-expected a red carpet and paparazzi when I received the bill. Forget about a tune-up; my wallet got the real overhaul.Their waiting area, a haven for the patient and the masochistic, boasts a collection of outdated magazines that might as well be ancient artifacts.In conclusion, if you're seeking an unforgettable experience that will leave both your car and your bank account in shambles, look no further than this automotive carnival of chaos. You know I came here with high hopes that my tyrod would be fixed for reasonable price boy oh boy! Was I wrong they fixed nothing the only thing they did hurt my tender lovin heart. I could ramble on and on but these guys are not my choice anymore it was like being kicked in the head by a horse. I can only explain it in a few simple words dont go here they will eat your heart out right in front of you and then tell your mother you asked for it shaking my head.

these are evil, evil people! i was promised a great experience with you folk, but all I got was a mouthful of dirt and an insane bill on top!! "those who have not tasted grapes says sour", and well I'll tell ya - I tasted grape and they were all rotten to the core!!! You should all be ashamed. Ashamed!!
