I am very pleased with A Verdi storage in Marcy. Butch was pleasant and helpful over the phone and made the sign up process in the office a breeze. The facility is neat, clean, and secure. Great location right off I90.

This is my second experience at Marcy self storage. I was so pleased the first time that this was my first choice again. The site is clean inside and out and well maintained. The site manager Matt has excellent customer service skills and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He is courteous and respectful. I have recommended this site to a number of friends. We used this unit locally at first and then from a 120-mile roundtrip. It was always convenient and well maintained. We felt very secure with the gate system and the office staff. We ended up staying many more months that originally planned but had numerous options available to make payments. It was a great location for us.All of our items were in good condition when we finally moved out.I really appreciated the assistance of Matt who helped me with an issue that would have caused me to double my travel time. The area was always plowed in winter and the 24-7 access was invaluable. We found the overall cost to be competitive and reasonable and there are different size units available.I would heartily recommend this facility to anyone searching for a storage facility.
