Lake Country is so so personal and caring. We have four dogs. I moved to this office because my original vet was very commercial and would never see our dogs for any emergency or problem visits. We were told on multiple occasions to call Cornell. I moved to LC and they have always found an opening and seem to genuinely care about our pups. I feel very lucky to have them available for our dogs care.

We have been taking our dogs to Lake Country for years. When we had to put 2 of our Labs down, they were very compassionate. They truly love animals and treat them as their own. I will never take my pets anywhere else. They are a bit out of the way for me, but so worth the drive.

Lake Country Veterinary accomodated my work schedule and took my Hank the night before his surgery. They didn't charge for this! They were wonderful and loving to Hank ❤️

Always takes the absolute best care of my dog! Kindness and compassion is shown by every member of the staff. I have been with them for several years now, through the exceptional care given and loss of my elderly dog, where they mailed me personalized cards of condolence. To raising this crazy German Shepherd Puppy that has needed multiple emergency or sick visits. They are always able to accommodate appointments quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend them to anyone with a fur baby they love at home and I'll never take my pets anywhere else! Thank you for all you do Lake Country!!!

My husband has been going to this vet clinic since he was a little boy. They have seen us through the circle of life a few times now. They always make sure that our pets have the best care and treat them (and us) with the utmost compassion. We are very, very happy here and highly recommend their services. A+!!!

I sent this email to Lake Country, with no response.
I wasn't going to reach out, but I feel I have to. I left Liverpool Village Animal Hospital, after many years with them, for several specific reasons, and you were my choice, based on that I had been to you before.
I sincerely didn't mean to send you the email, asking you not to email me anymore since I wouldn't be coming back to you. However, the receptionist acknowledged the email came out of the blue, so wouldn't your first action be to contact me? Ask me about it? Ask what was wrong and what you could do to make it better? Fix it? Instead, you sent me a random text and deleted my appointment for Frannie in two days and my dental appointment for Colton at the end of April, which was scheduled in JANUARY! That's not cool.

We recently had to put our dog down due to old age. Everyone in the office was extremely compassionate, they blocked off all appointments during the process and lined the halls during our exit. Along with several follow up letters and kind words. They made the hardest day of our lives much easier and we are forever grateful for their work. Thank you
