Would give 0 stars if possible. I went to Towne Cellars and requested to view something behind the counter. The older redhead female clerk asked to see my id and rudely told me that it was fake even though it very clearly isn’t and a simple UV test would have proved it. As I was leaving she told the male clerk something that I can only assume was nasty as well. I later went back with my mom and my passport to show her that it was real and was once again spoken to rudely. As someone who is 21 and has friends who are as well, they lost major business. I would not recommend anyone going here as the staff are clearly ignorant and rude.

I went On september 26th at night.The Lady that was working there is extremly rud and lack of customer service skills. I have never given a bad review to a liquor store until now. What a bad experiece.

Stopped by this place on my way out to visit friends in the Hamptons. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a case of wines, dry rosés and sauvignon blancs based on their recommendations - all outstanding! And two interesting craft gins (because I couldn't decide). All excellent! Staff helped me load everything into my car too. Highly recommend.

Great selection of wines and liquors with reasonable priced. The staff doesn't go out of their way to assist you, but when asked will give you suggestions.

Not the greatest selection or variety which is never really a problem but just absolutely terrible service! Would recommend going elsewhere.

I have been in here quite a few times. My girlfriend recently said to me "do you notice the people in here are not friendly?" Well, this time I noticed. I spent over $500 and even though I am in there all the time and have shown my license many times, I was again asked for my license. When I opened up my wallet I was rudely told to take it out. I didn't even get a thank you! The workers here are rude and the service is horrible! I will take my business somewhere else from now on!!!!!!

This was my go to liquor store... Amanda and her staff were always accommodating and wonderful... stopped in today... and asked where Amanda was... and was greeted by a middle aged man with attitude... I will not be returning... there are other liquor stores nearby... keep your attitude to yourself

Workers are rude! Service was horrible! Take the ride to another store! The sign on front door about masks are required or your not welcome did it for me….. I’ll take my Business somewhere else…..
