“They have very nice staff. When I go it doesn’t take very long at all I am in an out within 2 minutes. The ladies that work there are so nice and helpful. They answered my questions and got me in and out even with a line very quickly but I didn’t feel rushed.”

“So although I couldn't put my passport in the mail today here is why I gave 5 stars. The phone system said the bellport post office has a walk in from 8 to 9 for passport applications. This is no longer true. However when I spoke to Ana she was so kind and so helpful. She tried to help me anyway she could, gave me all the necessary info and envelope I need to get it done but they were out of money orders so I have to mail from a different post office. Ana's effort, kindness and helpfulness is what earned the 5 stars. I'm still bummed I couldn't complete my task but thanks to Ana I know I can get it done right later today. Grateful for people like Ana! ❤️”

“I went in to mail 3 Christmas packages in boxes I had at home. Joann there in Ridge, couldn't have been nicer! She told me why I shouldn't use the boxes I had and gave me others to use. She was very caring, did not rush me through, and made a huge impact on my day. I told everybody I spoke to that day how she made a difference in my day. “So I work in riverhead and use the riverhead post office for shipping things when I am at work (dropping off paid postage for the most part)....and they are extremely helpful and so friendly...what prompted me to write this review- I had an issue involving the Coram post office...Coram post office internet is down and been unable to reach via phone for past 3 days.... Daniel at the Riverhead Post Office went above and beyond to try calling and emailing the Coram office, to get me in contact with them to get a very important package that was delivered to my old address in a lockbox mailbox when there was a stop all mail to that address!!. Just another one of the many reasons I LOVE THE RIVERHEAD POST OFFICE...great people- great service- everyone there is very friendly if your nice to them and will go above and beyond to help you.-Peter P”
