“I never had to purchase a new car before, and I was in desperate need of a comfortable car that could get good gas mileage for my long commute. After searching around I found a great quote for a new Camry at Sunrise North. They handled everything from reaching out, setting up the appointment, and making sure when I got there I was promptly met and introduced to a wonderful salesman, Ralston. He showed me all the ins and outs, let us test drive it, and helped us get the ball rolling on finding the model I wanted. I was able to get my new into car in less than 2 weeks, and Ralston was always there as an open line of communication to help with questions throughout.
The day I went to pick it up went very smoothly and we were in and out within an hour, and that was including a very in-depth breakdown from my man Ralston about all the cars new features and amenities, and he helped me setup up my phone to the car and it works fantastic.
They even threw in charger cables and Ralston gave us a stuffed toy chicken (their mascot) for our young daughter after overhearing us remark about how cute it was. Absolutely wonderful experience, no headaches, no pressure, just nice folks. A++ !”

“Had a minor parking lot incident that required body work. Caliber Collision was recommended by my insurer (State Farm). I had never dealt with them prior and I have to say I was impressed every step of the way. Mike handled the estimate and that was all communicated to my insurance company. Once I set an appointment for repair there were daily text messages updating as to the status. The repair was completed a day in advance of the original estimate. I did not use a rental car but Caliber would have taken care of that as well. Picked up my car and to my delight the inside was all cleaned and looked like it had been detailed as well as washed. Everyone I dealt with in the Riverhead location was helpful and professional.”

“Everyone I met at the shop was very professional and polite, something I appreciate because I've been to enough shops where I'm made to feel unwanted or stupid because I'm a woman. That was not the case at Shirley Auto body. I walked in on a Monday morning because my car had been towed there Sunday after something broke in the engine. The shop was already busy but I was welcomed and my car looked at when they had a chance. Tony reached out to me, confirming what I already knew since my car was pretty much at the end of its life. My engine was damaged. Tony was polite and understanding in answering my questions about towing the car back to my house and what I owed. My car was brought back to me a dar earlier than I expected and put back in my driveway like I requested. So I will definitely be back when I have any other vehicle problems...
