The workers here always have the poorest attitude. Especially the older Spanish lady. Like you are inconveniencing their day. Rolling their eyes and shaking their head all because their card machine doesn't read cards half the time. I go here everyday sadly and the same lady always has an attitude, never hi, good morning. God forbid she has to do her job, she will give you an attitude.

One of the most DISGUSTING bathrooms I have ever seen in my entire life. There is absolutely nothing remotely clean about it. There is no way that the state of that bathroom is legal, it has to go against some kind of health code... And to top it all off, the soap and hand sanitizer were completely empty. I am appalled. I mentioned the lack of soap and sanitizer, as well as the state of the bathroom to the cashier... His reaction was one of indifference and acceptance, as if it was ok or normal. Horrid. Putrid.

The man behind the counter accused my mother of stealing and wouldn't let her pay for her gas until she defended herself. He accused her of stealing activated gift cards with a photo time stamped about 2 weeks ago which I'm pretty sure you can't even steal because you have to pay the activation fee at the register? Also, this accusation was all based on a photo of a blonde lady with a puffer jacket on. My mom wasn't even wearing a puffer jacket and her hair is a golden brown, not blonde. My mom goes in that gas station a lot with my younger siblings so for the man to accuse my mom of this in front of a line of people was uncalled for and unnecessary. I work in retail, except I'm not sure how it works at 7/11 but I'm pretty sure accusing a woman based on a bad photo is not the way to catch said shoplifter.

I have lived in this neighborhood for years and I don’t frequent this 7 Eleven often, due to past experiences. Main issue, the employee are RUDE. I entered this store on 2/10/2023 at 8:30pm. I grabbed two sodas, advertised for 2/$4.50. When rung up, I was charged $9 and change and have her a $20. The cashier (brown skin, straight black hair, possibly with glasses and a heavier build) gave me $10.53 back. I questioned the price and she informed me, I can’t mix and match. I then told her, I want to swap my purchase for the promotion. I then grabbed two Pepsis. I bring them to the register and she is claiming I own her $4.00! Not only did she not know how to count she was RUDE AND RAISED HER VOICE. After a long back and forth and telling her how much she owes me, showing her the change she originally gave me, she had the audacity to tell her female colleague, in Spanish, “she’s trying to cheat and I’m not being honest.“ I had to inform her in Spanish, that I wasn’t and she’s rude! And if she doesn’t believe me have her manager look at the footage. She then tried to take MY remaining change on the counter and told me to come back tomorrow. I had to grab my own money before she did! This is complete unprofessionalism to the core! The other female worker stepped in and fixed the error. Not once speaking to me. Not once did these women apologize! Best believe I will never give this place my money again. This place stinks of discrimination! There is always an issue when I come in here.

Hire individuals that want to work. This morning the gas pump was not working and I went in to tell the cashier. Two cashiers were being the counter eating breakfast while one cashier was dealing with a long line. When it was my turn, they opened up a new register and the cashier was extremely rude when I told her the pump was not working. My response, enjoy your breakfast, I can take my business elsewhere.

Very rude blonde cashier who pulled out her phone before handing me my receipt. I politely asked for it and said that it’s rude to pull out your phone in front of a customer and she just laughed and said “okay and?”

This particular 7-Eleven is eerily similar to every other 7-Eleven on Long Island. They offer coffee, phone chargers, crappy hot dogs, fountain drinks, prepaid phone cards and much, much more. Open 24/7 and if you're in the need for a quick caffeine fix, then it's a decent spot to stop.

Place has been quite decent for me and staff never gave problems, but be VERY careful if you are swiping your card. Mine and my brother’s has both been hacked there using the magnetic strip swipe over the chip.

This used to be a cheaper gas option outside of the Hamptons. No more--just as expensive if not more so. And the receipts at the junky pumps rarely if ever are functional. Don't waste your time in the congested lot.

Every time I get gas here, there is at least one pump with a sign that says "pump broken". The gas nozzles leak from either the handle or where the hose connects to the handle. I've never seen a gas station with worse maintenance of their fuel system. If you enjoy smelling like gas, definitely fill up here. If you don't like smelling like gas, I recommend going to the Cumberland farms right down the street.
