Former high end furniture store. Has great history of high quality furniture. Our home is full of their furniture but has gone down hill in last 3 years. Bought a sofa with poor quality leather stickley refuses fix problem. I would avoid. So sad to see a once great company fall apart.

As much as I like Stickley brand in the past, my experiences have not been stellar like a high end furniture maker should be. Very recently I bought a Stickley table, now get this, sit down if you are a die hard Stickley fan...Stickley craftspeople used wood putty for the table leg joints. That's right wood putty. I was apoplectic. I've bought numerous pieces in the past, 30 years ago, and I wanted a companion for our Stickley Chair. Wood putty on a collectable piece of furniture from a respectable furniture maker. Unheard of, I know. See pictures if you don't believe me. I'm working with the retail ops mgr now to resolve the issue. It is yet to be fully resolved. So what I would suggest is check your furniture carefully for quality BEFORE delivery. Unpack and look at the furniture BEFORE it enters your house. If ther is any kind of mis color or WOOD PUTTY or any blemish - send it back. Take pictures. What has the world come to, when we can't depend on the craftsmanship from a well known and respected furniture maker. Gustav Stickley, if you are reading this and watching...scream three times! The pictures also show a gob of glue and terrible sanding, along with the wood putty. Check your purchases. Buyer beware. I do no recommend Stickley.

Beautiful furniture marred by absolutely the worst customer service. They messed something up and rather than help, the reps were rude, scolded me (for a problem they caused!), and deflected responsibility. I was passed from the factory to the showroom to the factory and back to the showroom trying to resolve my issue. My recommendation is look elsewhere. The furniture is great, but it's not worth the risk if you have a problem. Edit: It's been more than a month and they still have no resolved my issue. On four separate occasions I've been assured that they will call me by the end of the week with a status update and each and every time I've had to call. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a nightstand in August. It was promised for September. We are in November and no sign of it. I keep calling and they say that is for next week. Nobody calls you back. Terrible service!

Worse company to work for since the owner died. My dad gave his 30 yrs working for them NOT even a retirement/goodbye party. He was retired on his birthday, too. They skimmed off on bonuses and even water fountain on their own employees. A lot of people give their hard working in that place and NO appreciation on the employees. How sad!!

We purchased two \"high end\" leather chairs about 5 years ago and in less than two years the leather had failed miserably. The company does not stand behind their products. I would never consider spending over $5,000 for a chair from them again to have it look so bad in only two years!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

We purchased two leather chairs made by Stickley Furniture about five years ago. In less than two years the leather had failed miserably. I would have never purchased these chairs for over $5,000 a piece if I had known had badly they would look in such a short amount of time. BUYER BEWARE -- STICKLEY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

If I could give a 0 star I would. My child bought a chair from Stickley. God help you if there is an issue. They want a restocking fee of 1/4 the cost of the chair. Don't expect decent customer service anymore. I'll be buying somewhere else from now on!!!!!!!

I purchased a Stickley sofa. My retailer assured me your company was supposed to be the best IF anything occurred. (I previously had a Smith Brothers sofa that supposedly had a “lifetime” warranty. The cushions lost their shape in 2 years. The warranty was useless!)

We ordered a bedroom set, mattress and box spring from Stickley in early January. We were told the entire order would be delivered within 6-8 weeks. A few weeks later we received a call that our order would be delivered. We took our current bed apart and removed our night stands. The delivery truck comes and it’s just the mattress. I called our sales rep and asked what happened and she completely contradicted what she told us in the store. She said the mattress gets delivered first because they “don’t have room to store it.” Our receipt even states otherwise. What makes them think I have room to store a mattress without a bed?! She suggested I “just sleep on the mattress because it’s what everyone else is doing.” It has been 9 weeks and still no bed. We’ve been sleeping on a mattress on the floor. I expected a much higher level of customer service from Stickley. I have tried calling the Manlius office but there is never an answer. Why would you sell a product and have us pay for it if you don’t even have it in stock? We were planning on purchasing a couch, chairs and table from Stickley for our new house but forget it. I have emailed our sales rep who told me she would call me three weeks ago with an order update. Fingers crossed I will get to sleep in a bed sometime soon.

I was in a family furniture business helping as a kid and for 7 years after college (the 70’s). I bought a sofa at the Stickley outlet sale. Great service despite how busy it was. Delivery was on time to the minute. Delivery people were professional, pleasant, and knew what they were doing. Great experience!
