Always have to wait for scripts that were called in the day before. There was a young female pharmacist (idk of she's still there) who literally made my sick son (double ear infection and atrep throat) wait over an hour for amoxicillin to be mixed (the drive from our doctor to the pharmacy is about 45 minutes), he sat crying while we were in their waiting area. The pharmacist then proceeded to get an attitude with me when I asked what was taking so long. I don't like this pharmacy at all, but unfortunately it's the closest to our home. I use another pharmacy for everything other than antibiotics needed asap.

This place is nothing but issues. They have delayed multiple different scripts and did not care that I was out. They would say they didn't have the script but the doctors office would send it multiple times. Even my doctor knows this pharmacy has issues. They have no Customer service or anyone to report to when they leave people days or weeks without medications they need daily.

Becky was extremely helpful today. She had several customers at once but went out of her way to assist me with dropping of a package for FedEx pickup.

Constant delays and mistakes. Notifications that your prescription is ready then not ready when you drive to the store. Auto refill frequently does not work. This was a good drug store until Walgreens tok over from Rite Aid.

Poor customer service. One woman staff at pharmacy drive thru window was so rude and she has no personality. Please be kind and you are not losing anything by being kind. You are not providing anything for free and please respect others like how you want to be respected.

This was an excellent Rite Aid pharmacy that’s gone downhill since Walgreens took it over. Constant problems with automated refills that nobody can seem to fix. I’ve never needed to call a pharmacy so often to deal with problems, and lately even the phone system is broken down, asking me to try again later. Drive to store and stand in line for 20 minutes and up along with other customers also having issues. Seems understaffed, the people working there try hard but seem hampered by lack of support and a buggy IT system. I’ve been a happy Walgreens customer in several other states but wish they had not taken over this Rite Aid location. My patience has run out and I’m ready to try CVS or Wegmans or Costco. Farther to drive but hopefully less endless frustration.

Consistently unable to contact pharmacy staff as a medical provider. Store management never answers the phone.

Would give zero if possible. Never have any scripts ready even though they text to to refill a prescription. They always say that they are backed up. Same excuse every month. Complete disappointment when transitioned from rite-aid to Walgreens. This pharmacy does not serve the community well

Would have given 0 stars if possible for the pharmacy! 5/2019 had the Shingrix vaccine given in the back of my arm rather than the muscle area by a pharmacist which caused my arm to swell, warm to the touch & red. Had to go to the Urgent Care and ended up with cellulitis due to the error. Additional cost with antibiotics that were required. Fast forward, signed up for the flu shot on 8/22/20 for today and get a call 40 min. before appointment that they don't accept our insurance. Told the person our new group # to which she replied then it would be fine as long as it wasn't the old group#. Long story short after driving there, waiting, waiting, waiting.....we were told they did not accept our insurance. Such inefficiency is unbelievable! BTW don't bother to make an appointment online because they were also running so far behind your booked time was never going to happen!

Haven't liked the Pharmacy vibe since Walgreens has taken over. The existing staff have always been great, but I absolutely cringe everytime I get this one particular woman at the drive through window who has no personality. I feel like I am being questioned for a crime I never committed whenever I pick my prescriptions up. You would think they'd remember a returning customer after a couple dozen times.

Rude, nasty, pretend to need see my license for my rxs even though they know my name and who I am.\ The newer pharmacist goes out of her way to make my trip miserable. I have to go several times a week although I have asked them to streamline my pickup dates. They take no care to protect my privacy, yelling my name and the names of my meds with people close by..if I didn't have many meds..if it wasn't so difficult to transfer, I would happily switch to a different pharmacy.\ After billing the wrong ins co they made me pay the copay. they said too bad, they could not fix it. trips to this pharmacy is definitely the least favorite part of my life!!!\ .

This review is for the pharmacy only. Wishing there was some way to give this place a zero. I went to Rite Aid pharmacy for years, 15+ years with very few issues. Since this location has become Walgreens it has been major issue after major issue getting even simple refills refilled, never mind new prescriptions. They often say the doctor never called it in, which is not true and as this happened more than once to me and I hear from several others as well. Obviously there are some major glitches in their system. Or another favorite, "that prescription has already been filled". But they can't tell me where and I never received it. Today's story was that they ordered the common medication that is prescribed monthly, 4 days ok but it's still not in. The people are generally pleasant. It's not the people. Whatever Walgreens did when they took over has made this pharmacy consistently the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I gave it well over a year to straighten itself out as this place is convenient, but today I'm done and going to drive the extra three miles to CVS.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in the state. Every single time I need a script filled I have a problem. I've been waiting here for over an hour, and have been told 4 different reasons why. They have the script filled but cant find it in the cluster of crap hanging on the shelf. I'm so happy in switching to a different pharmacy next month. The staff are rude and absolutely clueless.
