Never willing to help, always too busy to help local customers whose locality they operate in. I haven’t actually ever used them for the 2 times I have called them for help in the last few years, they are always reluctant and evasive to take small jobs.Not a review about their work but more about the willingness to take on work. Maybe business is that good to allow them to turn customers away.

Had my alternator go bad on me in my 2009 Audi and had my car towed to this place. Wanted me to pay $930 to get it replaced. Called Eurowerx in Camillus and they said the labor would cost $300. Bought an alternator online for $200 and made out with a deal almost half what this place was offering. Mechanic was not friendly either.
