The people at the branch are great but key bank is the worse like there fraud department don’t know how to communicate with the customer and they never give an update on anything. I wouldn’t recommend going to them for a bank account

I understand the road banks have taken to grow and remain relevant in the ever changing competitive world of banking. KeyCorp unfortunatelyhas fallen off that road. Originally opened in Onondaga County as First Trust and Deposit, it took great pride in its community and loyal customerbase. I am one of those customers both commercially and personally. My neighborhood branch, Manlius, is run by a manager that does not seem tocare to get to know his customers. One would think that his customers should be a number one priority as a manager's goal and that of branchpersonnel is to grow deposits, loans and fee income. The branch in my opinion is so poorly run that as a Manlius resident, I choose to drive to theFayetteville office to do my banking and truthfully I don't know long before I move to a more customer oriented bank.

The only KeyBank I go to is the one in Manlius. I always have a great experience. Kevin is the best branch manager on the planet. Thank you for all you do.

This Manlius Key branch for sure doesn't properly service or respect long time valued commercial or residential customers,the manager Kevin is rude, worthless and arrogant , zero personal touch . As a whole this is the worst branch with a bad reputation to deal with .Currently getting good service at Key Fayetteville branch.

This branch is generally OK but Key Bank as a whole is the worst. As a commercial client I’ve had my relationship manager changed multiple times because they either quit or get fired. I’m not even sure who our relationship manager is right now, not that it matters because they are completely useless . One was an absolute liar and caused us a lot of problems. Their ATM’s rarely work for deposits. I just don’t really have anything positive to say about Key Bank. I’m not sure who’s better, but no bank could be worse.

Key mortage services are terrible. No service at the branch. Worse on phone!! Big mistakes with our mortage. Taken months to fix. Don’t trust them

Banking made difficult. To transfer funds between commercial accounts you need to fill out a "Lotus Form" at the branch. We do this online with all of our other (non-Key) accounts and don't have to wait 3-5 days for our money. Try going to the branch on a weekend when they don't have staff available. Even if somebody is available, it's a constant rotation of people. Perhaps Key treats their employees like their customers?

RUN AWAY! Management (Kevin) is useless and after placing over $560.00 in fees on my account fraudulenty I am about to move to the credit union next door. They deliberatly cashed a post dated check over drawing my account and then would not reimburse my account the fees that they helped themselves to. USELESS MORONS. RUN FAR AWAY AND JOIN A CREDIT UNION.

Don't use this bank! Find a bank that respect the customer and their business and not a bank that send you a letter stating that they're going to close your account and when we called, they failed to give us any reason. We never did any overdraft or bounced checks or anything. Just they don't like us although we have 5 different accounts for each member in the family!!!!!
