I know that the people in the pharmacy are doing the best they can. However, their systems terrible, whether tech, phone, text, online site, or the automated answering person. I have a class V controlled prescription, and CVS messes it up monthly despite having multiple refills! I have to detox from the controlled substance every month, which is awful. They also don't have it in stock, so CVS is having pill shortages and cannot secure my medicine because it is "so popular." Stockholders suck.

Worst pharmacy around by far.When, they are actually open, I rarely can get the prescription even though i received a message it was ready.Poorly managed

If I could give this horrid store negative stars I would. It is poorly managed and absolutely filthy. They never answer their phones and routinely do not have the medications I need. The people who staff the pharmacy are extremely rude and unhelpful. I could go on and on about this dump but it’s not worth it.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I used CVS in Fayetteville for years with good satisfaction. I switched to Manlius about a year ago because it was closer to home. This is not a good pharmacy. They are curt and disorganized.Today I went to pick up scripts that I had ordered through their app three days ago and was told they were not ready because I had ordered them through their app rather than calling them. When I said I had ordered them several days ago she responded that they were backlogged since they had a problem a few weeks ago with their system.So they filled the prescriptions while I waited which only took a few minutes, but this is very unimpressive. This is not the first time I was unimpressed by this organization.I’m going to find another Pharmacy to do business with.

i called the store twice. i was on hold for 40 min yesterday and 30 min today and till now no answer .No one can pick up the phone.horrible

This store sucks! I went in to use an OTC card. They were out of everything and if they had something, they only had 1 of that item. Whoever orders for that store needs to be re-trained. I went into the restroom where there was no toilet paper in either spools and not ever a paper towel. I walked out and will not return.

I am so done with CVS. For 10 days my prescription for Trulity has been processing. I tried to call them several times no answer. Now that I have none left my husband went there earlier today they said it would be ready in an hour. He said that the phone was ringing nonstop the whole time and none of them would answer it. I got in after a few hours to give them more time and they don't have it. I wait in this long line for them to tell me to go wait in a different area. Then they want me to go wait again. Then they say there is a national shortage but Liverpool and Cicero have it and by now they are closed. OMG it's always such a task to get medication I am so done with them. Switching to walgreens. They are closer to my house anyways.I did switch to walgreens. I was able to get the trulicity no problem. Not a 1 month supply but a 3 month supply. CVS had told me the insurance would not cover it unless I did a 30 day supply and basically waited until I was out of medication to go get it. If this is the case then how did Walgreens do it? This will be the next pharmacy to shut down. Years ago I decided to go to cvs as it was next to tops and kind of convenient. Then they opened up a location with a drive thru. The drive thru was great, so nice to not have to go in. That is if the drive thru is open. Its never open. In summary this is the worst pharmacy ever. If you value your time, do not go there.

Been bed ridden all week of some sort of virus, had to wait 3 hours after a script was called in to get a call back. When they finally did the person on the phone said they could fill it but they need my insurance card in a snarky attitude, then hung up on me. Switching back to Kinney Drugs, stay clear of this place. 0 stars.

Terrible pharmacy. They take forever to answer the phone, can't answer basic questions, and don't seem to know their own procedures.

This pharmacy is routinely under-staffed. I have been a customer for several years and they are regularly way behind schedule on routine script refills. It shouldn’t take several days to fill a refill that’s called in advance. I think I’ll look for a pharmacy that believes the customer deserves good service every time. Further, once my script was ready , I waited 30 plus minutes for the Pharmacist to check the script because she was tied up giving useless Covid-19 vaccines to patients. When did Pharmacists become nurses? When did free vaccines become more important than prescriptions ?

Ashley today October 1st was horribly rude ?? to me an my senior parents. Elderberry gummies in wrong spot that said Elderberry gummies for $6.99 we wanted for that price. She yelled an was like nope my handheld says $24.99 I know what it says back there I put them back there. I said can I show you she said sure but I am still not giving them to you for that price. Showed we were 99 percent right the sign said kids elderberry but they were in the wrong spot. We should not have been yelled at an that price should have been honored. Only took two of my step dad's coupons out of 4 but gave no nice explanation as to why she wasn't taking the others.

I came to the store and I did the self service kiosk for the photo tiles as they were listed as 50% off. So I did a set of 4, after printing them and having them all put together the total was ridiculous and it did not reflect the 50% off as advertised. The associate was horrible to work with and very rude!!! I come home to hang them up and they put the tiles together WRONG making it so I can’t even use the sticky adhesive to use to hang with not usable as they put it on the wrong side of the tile. If they would have put the tile together correctly this would have all been avoided!!!!! Not to mention when I went and told them i placed my order and it was in the process of printing they said to me they don’t even know if they have the tiles in stock!!!! Worst experience ever! I highly recommend to no go to this CVS ever.

Horrible situation. I checked all online stores to see who was open. All the professionals locations stated they would be doing appointments the day after labor day. Because I felt so sick I chose this CVS location because it said it was doing covid test through the drive-thru. It confirm the time and date I selected and even sent me a confirmation a gour before the time they scheduled me. I drove 50 minutes because it showed this location was open for test. Staff did not but offer me a free take home test to find out they had none in-store. Best service ever..NOT

I've gone to this particular pharmacy for years, and always with good luck. But about four months ago, something happened. I never see the same staff twice, and despite getting texts that my meds are ready, they invariably are not. The latest is that I received a text two days ago telling me that my doctor had called in my prescription, and then a second yesterday saying it was ready. So I went in mid-day today, and it was still not ready. Worse yet, in addition to my two regular prescriptions, they tried to give me medication for a colonoscopy procedure, which was news to me. I didn't accept and just confirmed with my doctor that I'm not scheduled for one. The two people in line behind me had similar complaints. Time to move my prescriptions to a different pharmacy, clearly.

Whoever is managing the pharmacy must be smoking crack.I’ve never seen a store become such trash.Hour long wait times.Drive through is sporadically openLunch times change all the time.They keep saying they’re understaffed.So are lots of companies. Fix your issues or shut down the store
