Wonderful veterinary practice, our family is beyond grateful of Dr. Endres. Our dog woke up unable to walk the other morning and they got her in right away. They took great care of our furry family member and were very considerate.

Everyone at Compassionate Care inspired me to be the best cat Mom I could possibly be. I cannot thank them enough for improving the lives of my two cats in ways that I didn't even know were possible! By helping me choose the right diet for my diabetic cat, Dr. Endres helped his condition improve, until my boy no longer needed insulin and is now officially in remission! Dr. Endres also helped me improve the life of my other, blind cat, which is something that his previous vets had told me wasn't possible. My boys are so happy and healthy thanks to Compassionate Care!

I never write negative reviews but this deserves one for sure I transferred care to this office almost a year ago and have had three of my dogs seen there. Today I called for a sick dog visit and was told they were too busy to see my dog, their patient. This call was during normal business hours with many hours before business closing. It is outrageous that any vet would be happy to take my money during a scheduled visit and then not accept the obligation of caring for that animal when a major concern developed. I have no problem with using VMC after hours or using Cornell for things outside of scope of practice, but this is different. Veterinary care is more than about selling flea, tick and heartworm protection and vaccines. Never again.

Always a great experience! Caring, compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my extremely anxious mini golden doodle! Thanks Dr. Endres and team!

Compassionate Care has a special place in our family's heart. They saved our dog, Maggie, when she was vomiting blood with no known reason of the cause. Dr. Enders was in surgery when we rushed her in, so the staff stabilized her until he had finished so he could then come treat her. She lived! Since our other two old dogs have passed on, both in the care of Dr. Enders, we have a new dog that loves coming to the vet and is very well cared for. We are so grateful for the excellent care of Dr. Enders and his entire staff. We also love that everyone who works there is kind, genuine, and attentive. It's an all around compassionate and caring place, well named.

My husband and I can't say enough good things about Dr. John Endres, his wife Connie and their staff. I first got to know them when our mini-doxie, Bailey, got her face and feet stuck on a sticky mouse trap pad. Not knowing if it had poison on it I wanted to get her to a vet right away. My vet at the time was a half hour away but I knew Compassionate Care Veterinary Hospital (which had recently opened) was only half a mile away. Needless to say, I grabbed Bailey and barged th

I have both a cat and a dog that I took to Dr. Endres at Compassionate Care. My cat is older and has had many issues that another Vet was supposed to be helping monitor as the years went by. She didn't. I feverishly looked for a Vet that would help me with my cat and also have the combined knowledge to help my dog, who is a puppy. Two dynamic pets with unique needs. Upon the first visit, Dr. Endres immediately began doing the tests that would help diagnose what was wrong with my cat. I have to say that I expected the worse, and that my cat would not make it to his 16th Birthday. But, Thanks to Dr. Endres, he is still here today with a much better and longer life to enjoy. I paid office and pet visit fees that were very high at my previous Vet's office and I don't have any problem with that as long as the tests are accurate and the treatment is matching. They were not. Dr. Endres and the entire staff, are gentle and caring with every patient. He called me at 8pm at night to give me test results and walk me through what the treatment plan would be. The notes and follow up are amazing. I am so glad that I found Compassionate Care and so is my little cat and Giant Dog!!! You are going to pay for Veterinarian Care, make sure your dollars are actually helping your pets live healthier, longer lives. I would not have my cat if it wasn't for Dr. Endres and his team.

Compassionate Care Veterinary Hospital of Manlius New York certainly answered the bell...they took great care of our cat Jersey when we needed to go out of town with little notice. In fact they were nice enough to meet us after hours and reassured us that our cat would be compassionately cared for. Thanks to Dr John who is always "in the right place at the RIGHT time", Connie and Aaron and the entire staff. We've been customers since they opened and highly recommend them to anyone who wants the peace of knowing they will care for your pets as if they were their own! Thanks again for your amazing ability to take a hectic situation and put us at ease .. Gratefully Jersey Cupo and family

We've had a hard time finding a vet we like, and we instantly liked everyone we met here! The receptionist, staff, and vet are all so friendly and helpful. Even the other customers were nice, which to me is a good sign because it means they are happy with the service they get here. So glad we found a vet that is a good fit.

Dr. Endres and Connie have a special place in our heart! We have been bringing our dog to them since we got her at 8 weeks old, and have never trusted someone so much with her. We continue to take our dog there even after moving out of state 5 hours away! I can't say enough wonderful things about their veterinarian practice!
