Had some services done recently. Matthew Tanchick did an awesome job taking care of us. "Small change" item it was, but Matt treated us with high priority, extremely polite, and then at no charge. Highly recommended. Thanks again Matt!

I don't bank with Chase, but my boss does, and he wrote me a check. My credit union is a few miles away, but Chase is right here in my town, so I went to Chase to cash the check out of convenience. I was told that because I'm not a Chase customer, I had to pay a $10 service fee to cash the check. It used to be that a check could be cashed where it was drawn from, but apparently Chase nickels and dimes people. It used to be that even if you weren't a customer, customer service meant something. Now they think that the time it would take for the teller to cash a check written by one of their customers is worth scamming ten bucks for the bank. No thanks - I'll cash it next time I'm at my credit union - no hurry.

Usually this is a pleasant experience going to this bank. Not today. I went in with 2 checks to be cashed and a little plastic bag with some dirty change. Truthfully, when asked if I knew how much was there I said no. The teller, was disgusted with me and told me that having her count it, "was not very nice!" I said give it back and I would count it. No, she was already doing that. There was $2.72!!!! Really? Customer service? Wouldn't she recount it anyways??? Why can't employees do their jobs?

When I first started with this branch the service was great! Now, it's terrible. If you need to go to a chase bank drive to a different branch. Also, don't bother calling they won't answer even if you continuously try.

Please when you working with clients. Don't ask them questions like where are you from? Or are you going to go back to your country after your are done with your education? it's not your business DONT ASK FOR MORE THAN YOU NEED SO DISAPPOINTING THANK YOU AND HAVE GREAT DAY.

Updated to 4 stars. They've hired a few new people and the service is much better. It seems like the staff is more friendly because they are not overworked. Old: This location is horrible. So slow. It appears they are understaffed or something because there is frequently a line and they don't have anyone else to help. Not friendly or helpful.

If you need any service other than, drive through ATM and/or money deposit/withdrawal, drive a little further and try another branch. I' m pretty sure you'll save lots of time and hassle.
